Every single month there is another excuse on why they don't have prescriptions ready. If your pharmacy can't do the one job it's there for perhaps you should close down. CVS is right up the road. This has become unacceptable.
Edit: This is SEVERAL MONTHS IN A ROW there has been excuses. They are unorganized and inconsistent. Don't bother with this pharmacy.

I was in on a Thursday for lab work to figure out why I couldn't pee, or eat. Tuesday of the next week I get a call to go directly to an ER. Now I'm stuck in Nashville 6 hours from home with kidney failure and prostate cancer. Thanks for letting me down.

Called to get an appt, I thought I had the flu or covid. They called me back & told me I had to reschedule. I told her I needed to see someone today that I was really sick. She said I could come in & get tested & I thought she said see a nurse ,but I guess she didnt. I just seen the lab technician & she only done a flu test , I got got to thinking if it's not the flu ill have to come back . She didn't have an order to do a covid so she couldn't do it . I had to go back out front & tell the girl at the desk that I need a covid test too. Then she gave me one. All said & done I had covid. If I hadn't said anything I would have had to come back to take that test. Why couldn't they have just given me both to start with? This place is not like it use to be. People don't care about people anymore. They don't have anything nice to say .

Waiting over 3 weeks for the nurses to call in a prescription....that still haven't done it..called the nurse left message 3 times...no call back no nothing. They forget they work to serve the people of the local community

A HUGE shout out for the Flomaton Medical Center Pharmacy, especially Leslie Edwards and Mr. Jim Justice! You talk about service above and beyond, these folks deliver! While away on vacation, I realized I had no insulin in my pen Friday night. I contacted Leslie and she went into action. By the next morning, which was a Saturday, at 9:00am I had insulin pens in my location and was able to continue my trip!! Thanks for the home town personal service even in Huntsville Alabama!! Y'all are the BEST!!

Nobody ever answers the phone. They don't return your phone calls. Seems like it's a act of Congress to get a appointment with them.

I love the fact that when I call they always know who I am and can tell me what it is I'm needing filled cause I sometimes don't remember the names! I love all the smiling faces even if you know they really don't feel good theirselves or it's the first of the month and their swamped their coustomer relation is always on the up and up!!!!
