My payments are due on the 1st, so I call today to make my payment. A gentlemen answers the phone and says he does not know how to take payments. I asked if I was going to be charged a late fee even though it is not my fault that he is unaware of how to process the transaction. He told me that was not his problem as he is open Mon-Fri and the girls take payments. I can only assume this man is the owner as he then started being rude and stated that I should not tell him how to run his business. My thoughts, my contract states I am due on the first, the hours state they are open on Saturday, why will I be charged a late fee after attempting to make my payment on time?
