Will never use them again. They took my deductible and copay before they filed the claim. Didn't get claim filed in a timely manner. By the time it was filed had multiple hospital, er and Dr visits and was charged deductible again. When it was finally filed insurance said I owe nothing bv deductible has been met. Billing lady is almost impossible to reach and hasn't returned my last phone call and it's probably been a month. I'll never see my money. None if this would have happened had it been filed in a timely manner. I had to push to even get it filed at all.

Can never get anyone to answer in billing, they charged us money before filing with insurance then fooled around about filing until all deductibles and out of pocket had been met. I had to push to get the claim filed.

I've been in the store multiple times over last year since I was diagnosed with extreme sleep apnea, I was put straight to bi pap. The guy Steve runs that depth and he has always helped me with all the little things that occur, some of us are rollers, but they always seem to have what I need
