Would 10/10 recommend Austin’s shoes. I had a great experience shopping at their location in the Target shopping Center. Multiple people asked if I needed help and they were so sweet. I can tell the employees take pride in their work and know their stuff!

I always have a good experience shopping at Austins. Their Florence store has a great staff that was kind and attentive. Its a great place to shop, well organized and you get to support local business.

I’ve been going to Austin’s in Florence since my children (now grown) were tiny. Always have great selection for the entire family and have always gotten phenomenal service from the team at Austin’s. Looking forward to many more future visits!!

These reviews don't surprise me. A few years ago, I was walking towards the door to go inside and one of the girls ran and locked the door in my face. It was about ten minutes to closing and I knew it but was going to quickly look for what I needed. I have never been back.

Went there this afternoon. Had a gaggle of workers standing where I wanted to look. They all dispersed, one came out from the back and asked if she could help me. I asked for two pairs of shoes, and she brought them out to me (that’s why it’s two stars). Never saw another person willing to assist/ask questions. They did not seem to want to help me. Easy, I won’t be back.Edited to reply to Austin’s Shoes response:After telling my wife of the experience, I’m not shocked at your response. She’s said the same about your Muscle Shoals store. By the way, we got there at 12:30 pm ??
