I have always loved going to Big Lots ever since I was a child, my mother would take my sister and I and we would always find the neatest things! Now as a grown woman with a daughter of my own we love to go to Big Lots, even with my mother still going with me we just bought two very nice Pop-up Sun Shelters for our backyard to go over our pool, even though we only need one we will take back the other one and I'm sure Big Lots will be happy to give us a refund (I'll keep you posted) we will still be satisfied with Big Lots customer service because they have always been super nice and so helpful!! If you haven't been to this Big Lots I recommend you go you won't be disappointed!

Love the store. However it is crazy hot in there. This is Alabama y’all. The lady at the register said they can’t change the thermostat because they are locked. It is was near 80 degrees in there.

The store looked good. I wanted a matching couch and loveseat. But claimed that they didn't have a loveseat to sell me. They could have sold me that one and just ordered themselves one. I have been to other stores that sold me the display model

This was the most organized Big Lots I have ever been to. It was clean and the workers were very nice. It was a little slow checking out only bc there was 1 person. She was nice and pleasant. I will definitely go back
