I gotten a car last week and day after I got it ended up in the shop and I call and they keep saying they can’t do anything beside telling me I needed to keep taking it to different manantic shops , and I went back with the car they said the same thing . I put 1400 down on the car and for a car to just stop in the middle of the highway and go back with a safety issue and they keep saying they can’t do anything and now since we brought it back it goes against my credit and that’s bullshit because I ain’t even drove the car a whole day and but they can’t do anything or not even a refund . Car- mart is a scam , useless people … all car-mart might not be this way . for people in the future DON,T use car-mart in Florence Alabama . They just want you to spend money there then after the run you card they won’t give a damn about your safety and definitely don’t won’t people for returning business

I got in my 2014 Ford Fusion with 1 hour 30 mins I definitely recommend if need a car go to them they are nice pple to deal with so if you need a car Car-Mart Florence go see them

They will help you get and stay in a car. Communication is vital. I wasn’t the best, yet they still did their best to work with me. Only other advice to potential buyers is to take advantage of the tiered service contracts before you go over stated mileage.

Excellent team! Got us our new car for a decent payment even with our bad credit! Will purchase from this store again. Florence was the only store that would return our phone calls. Tried going through another store in Jackson TN. But for over a week we've been calling them but could never get help from a salesman, even the front desk clerk hung up on me when I was explaining. Florence called me back within Five mins off our first call to them and on our first visit, we drove off in our new car!! Thank you to the team at Florence for everything!!!

I for one will never deal with the Florence car mart ever again. For starters we went to purchase a car and found one that we were interested in but at the time they wouldn't sell it because it needed a window regulator put in it. This was on like a Friday. They said the part would be in that following Tuesday and would have it fixed that Tuesday and would give us a call to come in and drive the car and make sure that was what we wanted then we could purchase it. Well Tuesday rolled around also Wednesday,Thursday and so on until two weeks later when we finally drive by and there sat the car back on the lot. Needless to say with no phone call to us. Before I go any further the price of the car we were told was not going to change even though it was to be repaired first. So we stop at the lot and behold the price all of a sudden jumped up after telling us it wouldn't change. So long story short, we go ahead drive the car and make the purchase anyways. Everything fantastic. Well! Maybe not. Test drive was great. We buy the car drive it home and the following day while driving the car it starts making these awful sounds. One right after a total different one and another and another. This car has so many issues that I'm seriously thinking about letting it just go back and me take the credit impact. It's ridiculous how they do people and I'm sure I'm not the only victim of this either. Never do business with carmart of Florence Alabama. You will get screwed

I bought a Honda civic the check engine light was on their mechanic kept saying he fixed it while on the test drive. Well it is still on I took the car to express oil change they used both there computers neither could read it. Then I went to jiffy lube same problem. So I went to O'Reilly and they did read it, but they don't except them! I had O'Reilly print it out went back to express oil change and it's the thermostat and thermostat seal plus parts and labor going to cost ME $228.25 and I have NOT EVEN MADE A PAYMENT!!!!! Now they send me a thank you card and if I refer a friend I get a 50$ gift card I won't refer anyone!!
