By far, this is the worst service I've had in years with anyone. If they had a writing of −0, it would be minustanbul. They have lost numerous prescriptions that I have and refills as while and I were control. Substances, they owe bypass this place.

RUDE!!!
They have hung up on me when I called to check on a prescription I really needed. Just recent I called 2 hours for my prescription they told me they would have it ready I had to sit and wait a while!!

On 06-09-2023 I made a phone call& as professional as I am why I did NOT write the person's name that I spoken to❓Because they told me that it would not be a problem to EXCHANGE(not a refund)something that my BESTFRIEND purchased for me that I did not need even after explaining to them that he used a credit card for something I needed that equaled out to the same price❗I am a valued customer that has to pay cash for asthma inhalers, diabetic strips,lancets,diabetic meds,glucose machine& so many prescriptions lately I gotten here but on the 16th of June 2023 when I trusted their over the phone promise enough to spend money to take the trip with the unopened item with the receipt to the store they would not let me exchange it.i went back Saturday the 17th of June 2023 with my bestfriend that used his card to purchase me the item& he once again paid for items I needed& I wanted to show him the ones refused the exchange but not 1 of them was there saturday because they all know him real well.He wanted me to keep the item since they made a issue over it, so really I am stuck with something I will never use❗I did a inbox complaint on their Facebook & I have even contacted my phone company to see if they have the conversation of the day that I was told via phone to bring the item for a exchange because this caused me to lose money by going up there for nothing& a young lady behind the counter jumped in the conversation rudely with the cashier& I ❗I had a very bad experience this day that i am still upset about. I know walmart or no other place would give me a problem about exchanging a item unopened with the receipt like they did here& what really made it BAD they had told me via phone it would be FINE&IT IS STILL UNOPENED BECAUSE I DO NOT NEED IT

Robin H filled the wrong prescription and not the one I requested to be filled. It was a 68$ mistake and I’m truly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Her mistake means I can’t eat for the rest of the month.
