About FLORENCE SQUARE

Florence Square is a well maintained mall with overall excellent customer service. The downtown park activities are very nice, though ongoing work makes navigation a little difficult. Shopping options have diminished over the years, but the anchor stores have excellent merchandise. The stores can feel crowded and unorganized, with prices sometimes higher than expected, though good deals and great bargains are occasionally found. While some stores have a decent selection and good deals, the experience can vary. Staff are noted for handling issues very well with great attitudes.

    Well maintained mall. Overall excellent customer service. Diminished shopping options over the years. However, excellent merchandise in the anchor stores.
