It seems like most stores have useless young people that spend most of their time gabbing which each other. They are always in pairs talking talking talking. They have little or no disire to learn anything. I guess management hands are tied trying to improve the quality of employees. One advantage of being older is to know how things once were. By comparison, employees today have no professional attitude.

We were assisted by Luke in the plumbing dept today. Having walked out of Lowes after waiting 30 mins for help that never showed, Luke was a God-send! He worked with us helping us get everything we needed. Your store is so very fortunate to have such an exceptional resource. A rare gem in this post-Covid era. I cannot praise him enough!

Anytime we come here all the workers do is stand around. They will talk to customers but as soon as they have to do something they hate doing it. We have over 30 boards and they acted like they couldn't help load it. They never want to do their job here and it's why i hate coming here. They are no help whatsoever.

Picked home Depot out of Lowe's and a window's world for my window replacement project (8 windows). Signed my papers at the end of March,paid 100% upfront. Was told that it will take around 2,5 months. In the reality it turned into 4.5 months. And only 4 windows out of 8 was installed. Other 4 was wrong sizes. And now I have to wait again 4.5months to complete my project. No one tried to reach me out, all phone numbers that I had went to automatic system. Impossible to find someone who is in charge for all this mess. No apologies. Finally representative of installation department called me and told that after 4.5 months he can refund me money and I can pick up anyone I want to complete this mess. I really impressed of Fantastic customer service and the way they are taking care of customers!

on Saturday 7 23 about 7pm I went in to purchase a tool, I asked the guy at service desk about price matching and he quickly told me no, only if lowes has exact same product and they only match with lowes. when I got home I thought this was odd and looked the policy online and learned different, so thanks big Chewbacca guy for lying to my face .

After being out and about on such a beautiful day, my mother and I decided to stop by Home Depot to look at their beautiful flowers. I must say that every time we've come to this store, they have such beautiful flowers. If you're an outdoorsy person like my mom you could easily spend hours shopping here. My mom was specifically interested in purchasing some mums for her porch area to add to her fall decor. There were so many beautiful options to choose from that she kept going back and forth trying to decide which ones to buy. She was very pleased with her shopping experience and the price of the plants. One can honestly tell that they take care of their plant and purchase good quality ones. This is always our go to place for plants and other home improvement items, so we will likely be back soon.

Called to see if the garden seeds were in yet a male answered the phone garden dept I ask if they had their vegetable garden seed in he had no idea what that was or if they had any offered no other help could not look either wow that's great customer service

Called 6 times this morning trying to rent a tiller; never talked to an individual other than “Please hold” as soon as phone was answered but they never came back to the line. Then, go to the store this afternoon and there’s 3 people behind paint counter but two of those standing around talking while the older gentleman was working. Went to check out (self checkout since only one register was open) and there’s 5 female employees standing close to the contractor entrance doing absolutely nothing. NOTHING.

I went to my local store a few days ago to purchase a Dewalt cordless chainsaw. Rural King had it for $149 but I would have had to wait on it. Home Depot had it in stock for $179 and since I needed it to remove some large fallen tree branches for an elderly neighbor, I went to Home Depot because of the price guarantee. I got the saw and carried it to the customer service desk. I showed the clerk the Rural King website price and was told that "we don't match Rural King". She turned to a manager who confirmed that. I walked out and will not go back. Here is the price match policy copied and pasted from the Home Depot website; How the Low Price Guarantee works for in-store pre-purchases: If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation.
