Hibbett Sports is a very clean and nice store. The employees are always helpful, friendly, and provide great customer service. They are kind, thoughtful, and quick to assist customers. Prices are pretty decent. However, one order was a terrible experience with items arriving in two different colors. Overall, it is a loved chain where staff make situations easier to deal with.
We had the best customer experience today at this store. The wonderful man who just started there was so kind and helpful. We will be returning in the future for all our shoe needs. 10/10
