I would not recommend shopping at this establishment. Employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I didn’t catch the employees name that I had the displeasure of assisting me but she had darker hair and was so rude the entire time, even body shaming me. Do not buy from this place. It is overpriced and not worth the experience.

James & Alma not only has the best clothes/jewelry/etc. but they have the best workers! I’ve been going in there since way before having a little girl but when I did have her I took her in there with me every time I went and they watched her while I shopped, they’ve watched her grow up!

My Most favorite store in the shoals! Great material and so many outfits to choose from that can I’m able to mix & match throughout the seasons! Love how all the girls are always so helpful with gathering sizes needed & offering their best opinion on styles!

I have been in the Store 2 times! Both times the 2 sales Associates did not speak or even acknowledge I was there! I needed a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter so yesterday I decided to go back one more time! She needed a dress for engagement pictures! I asked the two girls there about a dress for the occasion! They said they really didn’t know! Was not interested in helping at all! There were some young customers in the store and they were carrying on conversations with them! I was going to spend around $150.00! But I’m finished with the store! Will take my business elsewhere!

Was in Florence visiting and stopped in! Beautiful boutique! The girl working was friendly and helped give me a few suggestions. They even had a decent sized sale section! I’ll definitely be shopping online!

Love this store! I absolutely love doing my retail therapy there. The girls are so helpful, and I always leave with the cutest items. I would definitely recommend going in this store if you’re ever in Florence!

Cute place, workers are so rude. never asked to help me, talked to one other while i was checking out. never asked if i found everything i needed. and threw the pen down on the counter at me for me to sign the receipt. almost didn’t make a purchase because customer service was awful. have gone there multiple times and they are always like that. will not be returning

Was really excited to check this place out while in town for holidays. Not even a simple hello or can I help you from the multiple girls behind the register. Really cute stuff but I chose to spend my money elsewhere.

Love watching their try on hauls, but I went to the site and didn't find ANY of the "new" merchandise they featured. I went to message them via Instagram DMs and they read but never responded. Terrible marketing/customer service team. I would not recommend to anyone.
