Paid for $25 in gas accidentally drove off without pumping came back not even 3 min later & someone had prepaid 20 at the same pump & pumped it. The store would not honor the $25 I PAID FOR & only let me get $20 in gas & said I would be out the $5 even though their register is now over $5 I couldn’t get that back. Hope they enjoy the feee $

THEY DO NOT honor signed Vuse pod deals. Clearly marked 2 @ $20.99 a piece but when they called the store manager as it was ringing up at a single price they were told that promotion should have ended yesterday. I guess that goes for the devices that ring up @ 9.99 instead of the clearly marked $7.99 price.HONOR YOUR DISCOUNTS OR REMOVE THEM IF NOT APPLICABLE!! I’ll take future business and gas purchases somewhere else!!

This place sucks, always out of sugar for coffee and none of the prices they have listed are correct they just say oh those are old we forgot to take them down or you have to be a member. Ok can I become a member then, oh well it won't activate until next time you come in. I'm never going to mapco again fix your prices you've become a garbage business.

I stopped going to this location for a while because of the employees and poor service - but in the past couple of months, I've been going back and it looks like they are finally getting a few good people back on board! Matt is especially friendly and helpful and always has the coffee and drink area clean, stocked, and ready!! He is the main reason I've come back to this location and I always try to stop by when he is there. I hope Mapco realizes what a difference people like him make to the customers!

The same night shift worker keeps the door locked, and blatantly ignores, walks away to the back, or makes rude faces and gestures toward all customers, on this supposed 24 hour store. *I just noticed that other customer reviewers have been complaining about this for months and nothing is being done about it. Time for management to either step in and stop this behavior or to decide to list different "in-store" shopping hours, at the very least.

Two times now the same worker has had the door locked while people stood outside the door waiting to get in as she came from the back once and stood at the register the other time looking directly at us and still never unlocked the door. These have occurred within the past month.

Thus is the sec time ive stoped to get something after work and the door is locked the worker looked at me and rolled eyes and walked to the back!! It sayds its open 24/7 bull!!!!

"Blake" ('That's enough') wouldnt cut on my pump after I prepaid on my birthday! I would really want to be contacted by corporate, because"Blake" obviously doesn't need to be running a gas station.

Will not be back. After waiting in line I get to the counter and the cashier asked to see my daughters license in order for me to purchase beer along with other drinks. Need I might say she never put her hands on the beer at all. I bet if I had a small child on my hip though it wouldve been sold with no questions asked!!

This place has exceptional customer service!! I just stopped to inflate my car tires. I didn’t even buy any gas or convenience store items. I was having trouble with the air machine and went inside to ask if it were working. A gentleman, I should have asked his name but I didn’t, told me it was working then proceeded to come out and help me not only read the glaring credit card screen, but also read the proper pressure setting off my tires and inflated them. I am new to the area. This is my gas station!!

Always out of coffee. Manager limps around like he is in severe pain and gives me his life story as an excuse. I'm sorry man, I feel for you but if you are in that much pain, go home.
