The lack of cleanliness at this hotel was unbelievable! In all of my 61 years of life I've never checked out of a hotel before even staying the night...but we did just that at this place. The filth was apparent even in the elevator. When entering our room, the smells smacked you in the face. It was noticeable that nothing had been wiped down and the walls were filthy. The bedding was stained and very wrinkled. There were hairs on the pillows, as if they had not even been changed. We never even looked at the bathroom, as there was no need because we couldn't sleep in that bed.We immediately went back downstairs with our things and checked out. This facility should not be allowed to house any person. Health department should definitely investigate.

I used to work at Holiday Inn next door. Their rooms are immaculate. Someone always at desk. Breakfast is amazing. As a housekeeper our manager had to check rooms before we could leave. If not good enough we had to do it over. Now let’s get into this slum. Housekeepers were *******. No way I wanted to work with such people. Almost every sheet had stains on them but the ***** housekeeper told me to use them. If there are stains at Holiday Inn we had to throw them away. Went into room and was disgusting. The other housekeeper never cleans anything but changed the sheets. They did not provide me gloves. I cleaned the room like I did at Holiday Inn but the fingerprints were everywhere because staff is LAZY!!!! Bleach stains in hallway. I was afraid to touch anything. When I was hired they told me to pick up any needles or pipes. With no gloves. I highly recommend Holiday Inn which is right next door. If you want to catch a sexual disease or Covid or any other disease stay here. I quit the first day after an hour and a half. I was ashamed to even work there. Housekeeping was so so rude and wouldn’t give someone extra towels and she only had one. It had been used. I guess you have to use it over and over. I highly recommend Holiday Inn next door. If you want to get a disease stay here. I can’t express how terrible the cleaning staff are. I will be calling Wuality inn corporate and the better business bureau. This place seriously needs to be closed down. I have no idea why it hasn’t been shut down already. I worked an hour and half and I know for a fact they are terribly nasty. They just make the bed with stained sheets. They don’t wipe anything down. Not anything is sanitary. They know they do wrong but absolutely don’t care. After I quit I immediately went home and took my clothes off and put in washer. It was that bad. I hope I didn’t catch anything. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO CATCH ANYTHING AND IM COMPLETELY SERIOUS. GO TO HOLIDAY INN!!Rooms: Rooms are more than disgusting. Looks like they have never been wiped down or sanitized. There’s way too much to say. Please read above comments.Safety: They let drug users and other undesirable people stay there.Food & drinks: GROSS! Machines are never cleaned.

A CRACK PIPE found under my bed. A peer went into her room just to find someone else’s FECES in the toilet. Nasty and disgusting, staff did nothing other than take the crack pipe.

This Hotel the moment I pulled up did not feel right. I checked in no problem and I went to my room. I took the elevator and it was disgusting. When I got to the second floor, there were stains all over the carpet, the walls were disgusting. I felt like I was going to fall through the floor. When walking through the halls doors were open to other rooms and no one was in them. It was like they were abandoned and the hotel didn’t care. Then I got to my room. I walked in and it immediately smelt like pee. The floors were gross. The bed had stains on them. I would never stay here again. I had no choice due to circumstances and I regret every moment of it. DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. I walked back down stairs and the front desk guy was laying down on the couch and didn’t even get up when I was asking him a question.

My room was very unclean mold on ceiling, lamps full of dust, the walls stained , floors dirty, mold on the information slip on the door to the point i couldn’t read it and furniture full of dust. I will say that the bed was clean and comfortable and the toilet was clean. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless if a clean bed is all you want.Rooms: Cleaning staff could use some training and someone to check on their work.

The lady working night audit was a sweet heart, and the location was good near a whole bunch of great restaurants. The rooms and hallways however were just terrible. The hallways has these awful bleach stains on the floor, and the elevator wreaked of cigarettes. In the room everything felt sticky, and there were pinkish red stains all over the comforters and curtains. We pulled the comforters off the beds and used our blankets we brought from home. Luckily we thought to bring them! Also, when we woke up in the morning I found a red pill under the chair next to the bed. Fortunately, my toddler didn't find it first.

You couldn't pay me to stay here. Simply the nastiest hotel I've stepped into. When telling the front desk the state of the room, the signs of bed bugs, and the clearly used sheets on the bed, they weren't in the least bit surprised. They tried to be me in another room for me to find it in the same state. While they did refund me for the stay so I could find a more suitable hotel I believe they did so because these are common complaints and it's easier to give money back than to fix the problems. $80 a night shouldn't be this bad.

Rooms were nasty. Had to change rooms three times. Hair all in the bed. Dirty bathrooms. Walls and floors were stained and sticky. Lamps, wall outlets were barely stable or in working condition. Holes in curtains. Rooms Smelled like weed or mildew. Everything needs to be updated and fixed. House keeping was rude, they just came in the room trying to rush us out even before check out.

I stay at a lot of small hotels like this for work but these guys are great. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good with actual options. I have stayed here many times and won't hesitate to come back, thank you all!

I traveled to Florence for a collegiate bass tournament on lake pickwick. The quality inn was the only hotel in town with rooms available so this is where we were going to stay. Unbeknownst to me until our arrival there was stains on the mattress of our first room and hair all in the sheets in the second room they offered to let us move into. We also got word from another collegiate team staying (leaving with us) that bed bugs and hair were present in their rooms as well. Absolutely disgusting and rediculous that people feel like they can run a hotel in this condition. Also the front desk associate absolutely loves her job (sarcasm intended).

Desk clerk doesn't speak or understand the English language clearly. Electronic keys did not work as they should. Had to return to desk clerk several times to get the keys reprogramed. A big nuisance! Biscuits that was served to my party (4 total buscuits) were so hard that they could have been used for hockey pucks. Rooms were better than average though. Would think twice before staying here again.
