The service was dreadful. No refills, salads got brought out long after the entrée. The sirloin was cooked incorrectly but was still ok. We ordered an endless shrimp that was brought out and then immediately we were told the kitchen was closed. Do not recommend. Place has really went downhill. Horrible service, bad food.

Great experience, service and food. Server recommendations were on point. The 4 stars for atmosphere was for the Romper Room madness in the next section. Bad parenting was the real culprit.

My mother and I dined here for my birthday. Red Lobster is my favorite seafood restaurant. Their salmon is excellent, although over the years the portion size seems to keep getting smaller as the price increases. We love the cheddar biscuits, and are glad we were given 4 extra to take home. I am deducting one star fir service as my mother was given a wrong side item when she had clearly stated another during ordering, but the server promptly retrieved the correct side after bringing it to her attention.

I eat here weekly with my boss, nowadays!!! ~ We absolutely love it!!! ~ We get the lobster, crab legs and butterfly shrimp ? ? with 2 side items! ~ We choose steamed broccoli and a baked potato w/ butter and sour cream ? ? ☺️!!! ~ I eat the potato and he eats the potato skin; because, it's supposed to be good for you ? ?!!! ~ We share this entree for around $30.99 on a tray w/ an extra plate we order; & it's the perfect portion/ amount without ever feeling like you have over eaten anything at all!?!.. ~Parking: Parking depends on when you arrive. So my boss and I usually try to make reservation because of his handicap ♿️!!! ~Wheelchair accessibility: My employer has CP and has to use a motorized wheelchair & and we always, usually get seated very properly; especially if we have made a reservation!!! ~

The server did a very good job. The tables were sticky. The food left a lot to be desired for the price one has to pay. I took one bite of slaw and had to immediately spit it out as it tasted ruined. The server did take the extra $3.50 off the tab for the slaw. The very tiny popcorn shrimp was decent though.

They are so slow. The waitress only checked on us once. The other waitress had to take our drink order and it took them 10 minutes to get our drinks. It took us 40 minutes just to get our food.

Nothing was prepared properly. Server forgot to put my husband's order in as well. Sent mushrooms out that were prepared improperly and we asked about them, the manager informed us we were wrong even though we have been eating the same mushrooms for 30 years now. He just brought melted butter to pour over them instead of fixing them. Three different couples warned us that evening not to stay ... We should have listened. Sad to see such a decline there.

I ordered the parrot isle jumbo coconut shrimp along with a loaded baked potato. The shrimp were nice and crispy and the sauce was excellent.

The food was a little pricy. They left the tails on the shrimp in the shrimp Alfredo. After stabbin my toung I had to dig around and take the tails off.

Horrible experience, you could not understand what the host was saying. We was told 45 minute wait time and hour and 15 minutes later we were still waiting. We ordered our food with our drinks as soon as we seated and still had to wait hour and half on our food. The waitress could not remember what any one ordered, or drink. She kept the glasses empty and when asked for refills she disappeared. One ordered the unlimited shrimp and it took so long to get the first plate he never had the opportunity to get a second. The grilled chicken Cesar Salad is nothing more than a pile of lettece with no meat. After 3 hours we left frusted, tired, hungry and still thirsty. Terrible experience all the way around, definitely not worth the time or money. The manager took my complaint and stated he had been hearing alot of the same complaints the past few days. They were wiping the tables with wetones an leaving food on the tables. Florence is a beautiful place and RedLobster somewhere else is great but this was a horrible establishment and a terrible experience from start to finish. I definitely won't go back or recommend.

Service was bad. They took forever to take our drink order and they were out of the food we wanted to order. Ordered chicken Alfredo and the Alfredo sauce had the consistency of water so it was like Alfredo soup. Popcorn shrimp was soggy, rolls were mid.

first i wanna say i work in a restaurant so i get it, but there has gotta be some kind of change with y’all’s management or something, my server was sweet and everything but girl needs a little help, is that not what management is for. Where i work everyone helps everyone. DEAR RED LOBSTER SERVERS ASK FOR HELP PLEASE!! we waited 20 minutes to be greeted i understand things happen, then waited like 10 for our drinks, biscuits took forever to get made. maybe y’all need new cooks? maybe low staffed? i’m really not sure. price was messed up too (not shaming server, but that just shows that yalls servers are probably very desperate for help and i hope that if they ask for help y’all do give! maybe the servers aren’t speaking up i really don’t know but All i gotta say is y’all will run out of business here shortly if service doesn’t change.
