I've been to several Nail salons in the Florence area. This shop is Topnotch and superior to all others. Teresa and Joseph are very superior in character and their work. Very satisfied customer!

Got a pedicure & was knicked really bad. I asked for a bandaid because I didn't realize how bad it was until I'd paid. I looked at it when I got home & the bandaid was soaked in just about 25 minutes time. I called to ask for a refund & they said to come back & we'll look at it. I went back & they put some spray on it & applied pressure for a few minutes & THAT'S IT!! Didn't even offer a partial refund. He said this happens when is cold! Um, no. She was rushing & they weren't even busy at that time. I will not be back!!!

Overpriced and only fair work. Polish change on toes and a fill was $70!

Very poor job for $45 with polish dried and left on my little girls skin, fingernails and toenails not completely covered, didn't push cuticles up or any manicure or pedicure just applied polish.

My daughter and I didn’t have a good experience at all. My daughter’s nails (French tips) look OK. (just OK) My natural nails were prettier than this mess. I asked for pink and white and she came up with 2 or 3 alternatives was told it was $70… I DIDN’T ask/care how much it was. I guess she didn’t have time to do it because she asked me if I had called her before I came. She done so much talking and suggesting that I just got this lil mess and left. Definitely wasn’t worth $85 and I definitely won’t be going back.

These are some of the nicest people. Joseph and Teresa are very good at what they do and they make sure the people they hire are friendly and good as well. Love this place and the people who run it.

The girl that did my Pedicure was great but when the other two people doing my nails rushed through it. They didn't even make sure my nails were the same length or even and just painted the white tip and put the clear coat over it and said she was done. I'm no happy at all, I paid $100. I shouldn't have to find someone else to fix my nails now.

They did an okay job. Not super fantastic. But not terrible either. I probably won't go back but I won't go as far as telling people not to go there. I did feel like they were rushing through though.Services: Acrylic nails
