Charges fees on cashiers checks when the 6 other banks in the area I do business with don’t.Edit in response to reply from owner:Such a corporate canned response...if Regions actually appreciated the feedback they would so something about it. A solution to avoid the fee would be for it to be waived. The only source of frustration I have is the fact that Regions lacks the ability to learn what good customer service is and how to retain patrons. I am already considering on moving my business elsewhere. The teller wasn't even capable of suggestion alternative forms to avoid the fee. A fee for a check which most of the other major banks in the area don't have and the ones that do waive depending on account status...especially for members that are heavily invested in the establishment. A bank can only operate based on members who put significant investment in it so the bank can dole out loans to make more money. The fact that the bank already has terrible interest rates and then in turn has petty fees for members that allow it to operate well is a joke.

I set up auto drafting payments on my loan 3 different times and each time even though the money was in the account they refused to withdraw it and then would charge a late fee for the payment. When I would ask about getting the fee removed they would pass my from person to person and then say they couldn't assist me with the problem and I need to call the 1-800 number.

We have been with this banking institution since it was 1st National Bank. Amsouth was great also. This Regions Bank has below average customer service. We are contemplating closing accounts here. At this point, waiting 3 days for return phone call. Cannot recommend Anna branch at least.

I hate to give one star because the people who work here are great! But I am soooo tired of1) the ATM being out of order on a very regular basis2) the mobile deposit has not been working for a while, either! I can't make a deposit after hours!If not for the nice employees here, I would have left Regions a long time ago. If these issues persist, I'll go elsewhere, anyway. I'll have no choice. I have had to pay too many ATM fees and even had an overdraft fee because of your unresolved issues with the ATM and mobile deposit. I do wish that the local employees would PLEASE put a sign on the ATM when it's not working so I at least know before sitting in line.Regions - come on. This is ridiculous!

The “Smart” ATM is never working. Third time tried to make a deposit this week and ATM is not working.

I tried the 1-800# and after answering questions, the wait time was over 15 minutes.I tried a local number and no answers after 2 min and 48 sec. I verified the no. and tried again,no answer.....so I called another bank and got an answer on the first ring. Maybe Regions is not my bank of choice. I will say that when I have gone directly to the bank for other people ,they have been very friendly and helpful.
