I have sams card for 23 years. I just shop there for papaya, and mango. And it's so many years , they don't keep papaya any more. I am very sad.

Very friendly and helpful people look close and find really good bargains last week I got two three quart bottles of canola oil for less than seven dollars ten pounds of red potatoes for six dollars I'll never set foot in Walmart ever again

I have shopped at Sam's in Florence since they opened. I have always enjoyed my experience there except for recently. I spend thousands of dollars there but apparently customers aren't very important when they have a problem. I bought a diamond ring there the end of July. A tiny diamond came out and was lost the end of Dec. I called the store several times for help. Apparently if you don't have an extended warranty they will do nothing for you. The manager Nathan has no power or just doesn't care to help you get the problem solved. It took me four visits before he asked his boss if he could help me and the reply was no. $1600 is a lot to pay for a ring and a diamond fall out after 5 months. I have called Sam's corporate numerous times also to no avail. Lesson learned. Don't ever but jewelry from Sam's. They don't care about customer service. Such a sad commentary. On an otherwise good place to shop.

Everything was great just as it always is at Sam's! We enjoy shopping here. Tons to choose from & we can stock up on things we use alot of so we don't have to run back and forth to the store as often plus save money.

I absolutely love Sam's Club. I love the Scan & Go in the app so you don't have to waste so much time waiting in line. I wish all stores had that. The store is always clean when I go. The employees all act nice enough and don't look like they hate their jobs. Walmart could take a tip from Sam's on how to train their employees. Personally, I always buy the items I use a lot in bulk. Things such as trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Let me tell y'all, I pay $29.99 for 200 garbage bags. They are not name brand or anything but who cares? As long as they work just as well! Those garbage bags last almost all year. If I bought them like just as I needed them, I'd be paying way more than $29.99 in a years time.

Wonderful store. Friendly helpful associates. My reason for a 2 instead of a 5 is the check out policy is terrible. Not enough checkers. I refuse to pay to shop and check out myself.

I have never in my entire life experienced today what I did as a customer. I’m still appalled. I went to self checkout and my container of apple slices didn’t have a barcode so I told the lady working self checkout that they didn’t have one and she looks at me bluntly and says “I can’t help you, you will just have to go put them back” I said “no I want to buy them” she then kept arguing with me saying she couldn’t leave her area and when I asked her to go get a manager for me, she kept refusing that too until I kept on and on asking for one so then the manager comes over and gets me taking care of and I go to the door to have my receipt checked and Angie I believe her name was (the lady who told me she just couldn’t move from self checkout) was over at customer service talking to other people and folding some clothes. So all of that was a lie of her telling me she had to stay put. I spend WAY too much money at this store every week to ever deal with an employee the way I did today. I would never sit and argue with a customer and be down right hateful to them for absolutely no reason. Y’all are lucky I don’t call corporate. The next time I get this kind of treatment, I will get the corporate number and make sure something is done about this. This woman does not need to be in customer service. I pity other customers and the holidays coming up with how rude she is and just down right mean. Do better.

Ananda was amazing! Great service and polite! She recommended the chorizo queso dip and it was delicious! Food was delicious, especially the catfish! We were celebrating my husbands birthday and could not have had a better experience! Thank you Ananda! Keep up the great work!
