I need a last-minute shirt for the birthday boy and call the vinyl room to see if they could help. The young lady on the phone went to check to see if they had any prints that were ready and available. She returned to the phone with great news that they had something in stock. I confirmed what time they closed and thanked her for her help. Moments later, I received this message.
Hi, this is Madeleine at the Vinyl Room. I just wanted to send you a picture of the print, just in case you drove all the way here and didn't like it.
Talk about customer service! Above and beyond! Great job, Madeleine 👏.
She was even at the store when I arrived and was to get me taken care of and on my way in just a few minutes .
Everyone wants to post all the negative these days, and I thought I would share the positive.
Go see Madelein. She will take great care of you. Thanks again, Madeleine!

This place had a great variety of plain shirts to get for putting vinyl & such on them. They also have a pretty large variety of the DTF prints. The staff was pretty helpful and informative if you had any questions. They put the DTF on my shirts for $2 each print. I will definitely go back when in the area!

Although it’s 2.5 hrs away from me, I absolutely love this shop!! I wish we had this around Maury county Tn, I would be there weekly. Such a great variety and they stay stocked up. Customer service was exceptional

Five stars all the way! First time customer turned into a lifetime customer here! ALL the staff were incredibly friendly, and helpful with the design of my shirts! I needed these made for a memorial I'm attending out of town this weekend, was promised a 2 day turn around, and they fulfilled/exceeded my expectations! The communication they said i would receive regarding the approval of the design, the completion of my order, and pick up time, was exactly as promised, which is a big deal these days. From the girl at the front counter, the designer, and the girls who helped me when I picked them up EVERYONE was awesome! I feel I should also mention their price point, in my opinion, is extremely reasonable, especially for custom work with a quick turn around. I'm also a huge fan of supporting local businesses that serve our community proudly. Great work guys!!!
