Went this morning to rent a trailer to pick up some stuff for my store.
The young man (sorry don't remember his name) at the counter was SUPER friendly, got me in and out so fast.
The 2 ladies that had to hook up the trailer for me (policy i guess) were very efficient and got me setup very quick.
And when I returned this afternoon Butch was very nice and joked around with me while we were dropping the trailer.
I've rented from MULTIPLE uhaul corporate facilities and this was by far the best experience I've had

Very nice facility, clean, convenient. The rates are much better than their largest competitor. Access is excellent.

I didn't get the money back that I was told I was going to get and they lied about the gas I got it just above a half a tank and I brought it back on full plus I didn't use all the miles that I could have and so they said I would get money back

This rating doesn’t even deserve this one star but this is the only way to review. “Management” Lana Stutts. My husband reserved a 15ft truck at least a week in advance. Get there and is told they don’t got no big trucks but they got the 10ft ones. Mind you there’s at least 12 big trucks on their lot. So my husband being the nice and calm person he is takes the 10ft when getting this truck Lana proceeds to tell him about how to drive it but never mentions that this downgrade doesn’t come with a ramp. We don’t know because when we get trucks it’s always a big one for convenience. He comes home & gets ready to move stuff and notices no ramp. I call U-Haul to see what could be done and Lana immediately says “You can just bring it back and pay for the mileage and gas” and says we can go pick one up in Tennessee mind you I’m in Florence AL. Why would I drive all the way there for a truck?! Upset already we go to return the truck and there’s a guy there as well so I asked if he has a better attitude then she puts her 2 cents in and says snarlingly “You’re the one that just called”. Yup sure am. I asked the guy if they had another manager above them and he said no. Now I’m not getting anywhere. Then because I came with the same energy she had she had the cops called on me and got me banned.
Overall horrible experience. She should not be in customer service is she doesn’t know how to work with people. Just by reading the reviews she has a track record. Well I called corporate and they will be contacting her boss. You know the one that they didn’t have!

I'm not giving 1 star to U-Haul,I've dealt with U-Haul for all my moves,so it's been a good company and brand.This 1 star goes to this location for the unprofessional anitcs of the manager Lana Stutts.Reading the reviews I see she has a pattern of been rude and unhelpful.She called the cops on me and my elderly uncle,basically making a scene.I advise others to steer clear of the this location,if you must,have your game face on....the manager here is entitled it seems.

They withheld information that cost me 2 days of in town rental of a trailer . Lana Stutts was very rude and did nothing to help me even knowing she was wrong . Then when she got my money she looked at me crazy like and said “ im done with you”and i was never rude or said anything out of line .. my trailer light hookup had a short which i ended up going home and fixing it myself but the afternoon i figured they didnt work i tried to fix it at the uhaul so i could leave with rented trailer well it made lana stutts late leaving for the day and she was mad and was extremely rude and short with me the next day
