Tried to return something, with my receipt, and they wouldn’t let me without creating an account with them. The return policy is clearly stated on the receipt. You have to either have your receipt or have registered your purchase with your Ulta account.After telling the manager that she stood by the fact that I have to have an account in order to return something. Just gave them a fake name and number so that I was able to get my money back. Very unprofessional treatment by the manager. She was in no way, honoring their return policy, or having a good attitude towards a customer. She was irritated from the moment she walked up and was very rude.

What you may not know about Ulta is that in the back of the store is a little hidden gem called the Ulta Salon. So far they have handled half of my family's hair care needs and have done it flawlessly. The cosmetologists on staff are extremely good at what they do and offer great customer service. My experiences with Marley and Amberlee have been impeccable.

The sweetest, most patient, knowledgeable young lady helped me today. I was feeling overwhelmed (face it…so.much.merch) shopping for my son’s girlfriend. Feeling defeated when Sydney approached asking if I need help! I showed her a picture (to capture her style) told her I was looking for fun stocking stuffers. Off she went with me in tow. She gave me so many ideas! Some I liked some I didn’t. Each time with a smile and patience she was like oh what about and off we went!Customer service 100%! You have a gem with Sydney.I tried to find her after checkout and offer her a tip with a thank you and Merry Christmas. She said thank you but I am not allowed. I thought BOO! She should be recognized and appreciated! So if managers or corporate reads this!!! Thank her for ME! And please reconsider allowing tipping.

This store has every brand of make-up imaginable. Has anything from perfume to hair products to styling equipment. Love this store.

BEWARE OF THE CREDIT CARD! I was talked into it. I normally pay on time but when you schedule a payment, be aware the payment will not go through until 5 days after the scheduled payment. This has happen to me multiple times. You HAVE to pay AT LEAST a week ahead of time.

Was my first time going in. The staff were very helpful and kind. The young woman that assisted me in the Clinique section was very helpful. I was in kind of a hurry and she told me to come back and she would help me figure out what I will need.I will definitely go back to this store.

They always have a great selection of things that I’m looking for and always so helpful when I need something but not quite sure of a brand. I went looking for a Kat Von D foundation for my wedding and was guided to the Tarte foundation. For someone who’s never used a Tarte foundation I was super impressed with the product. I do have to go again since I’ve tanned to update the color but super impressed with the foundation and excited to see how it hold in august at my wedding.

This place … I called to have a product held for me so that my husband could easily come by and pick it up. I first checked availability online. They said they did not have the product. I made them aware that the site said they did and she said inventory must be off. Went back online and it said they had all four colors . Called back ,she checked again , then again said none on the shelf. I went to the store cause one color being off on inventory ok but all four. Found all four colors at the store! No one was in there but the employees so it’s not that they were to busy either. When I talked to the manager, she tried to say with out fully understanding what I was saying to her that it was probably due to them just having inventory last week, lol. Just having inventory would make all numbers correct not off. This store is notorious for actions like these and are always unhelpful and rude. Sad that as many reviews point to the same issue that Ulta refuses to address the issue. I guess they think products sale their self. Just think how much more products could be sold with product knowledge and good customer service!

I recently bought the wrong color of make up. Went in to find another product and was told I had 60 days to return it even though I had used some of it. They were so great and helpful when I brought it back.

The store always has a good selection available. Staff is friendly and very heepful.
