I just wanted to take a few minutes to brag on the service dept. Manager wade. I went by the other day to get a quote on some rotors and brakes for my dodge ram. Wade went above and beyond to help me with getting the best parts and services I needed. I just can't say enough about wade in knowledge and experience! Robert

After four exhausting months dealing with unsafe workmanship elsewhere, Singing River Jeep is the reason I finally have my vehicle back and safe to drive.
From the moment my Jeep arrived, the difference was obvious: professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Their team didn’t guess, deflect, or minimize concerns — they documented everything and let the evidence speak for itself.
Tyler, my certified service advisor, went above and beyond in every possible way. He communicated clearly, advocated for me with third parties, explained findings in detail, and never once made me feel dismissed or uninformed. Tyler treated this situation like it mattered — because it did.
Manny, the technician who repaired my Jeep, deserves just as much recognition. His work was thorough, precise, and done correctly the first time. Manny identified and corrected multiple safety-critical issues that should never have existed, and his attention to detail gave me confidence I hadn’t had in months.
Singing River Jeep:
• Documented extensive prior workmanship failures
• Corrected missing and incorrect bolts, clamps, and hardware
• Properly addressed oil contamination issues
• Communicated every step with honesty and clarity
• Returned my Jeep in safe, drivable condition
What stood out most was their integrity. They didn’t cut corners, didn’t try to rush me out the door, and didn’t shy away from difficult conversations. They stood with me and helped hold another shop accountable — something they were not obligated to do, but did anyway.
If you want certified technicians, real diagnostics, honest communication, and a dealership that actually stands behind its work, Singing River Jeep is where you go.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Service rep, dawn, was prepared for my arrival.Explain my options for the recall and why the repair was not going to be done because of supply issues. She made the appropriate entries and explained that I was put in line for when the parts are going to be available from dodge. She was genuine and sincere with her explanation. And I'll just be standing by waiting for a call to return with my truck. For repair.

Tristan was an amazing person to deal with! Next time I’m in the market for a Dodge product. This is the place I’m coming to.

Photos they post of the used vehicles they have listed for sale are never in the condition when you get to the lot to see them in person. Looked at a Ram 1500. Nowhere in the photos did it show the damage on the passenger rear or the fact the inside of it smelt like an ashtray

Took company vehicle in for warranty repair. Was told it needed a part that would not be in until the following day. Went back the next day to check to see if part came in and was told the vehicle was fixed the previous day. ( they mysteriously got the part ) Then was told we could not get the vehicle because they wanted to do an oil change. We refused the oil change and demanded our vehicle back. Some manager with a God co.plex came out and started yelling at us and told us not to ever come back. After getting back to our shoo in GA we discovered the part in question was never changed. These people are total rooks. Our company and Enterprises fleet have both put out memos banning us from going to this facility. I suggest you find somewhere else to that is more honest .

Do not I repeat do not come her for service, especially recalls. Got a windshield wiper hose recall a while back. It worked before I took it in, didn’t after. Took it back and got an oil change and asked about it. Never got fixed and a week later I pop the hood to find hand tools laying on top of my motor. Had to use them again(time restraints) on another recall. Had to rent a car said 3 days to fix. 5 days I rented car to be safe following week I call and ask… the truck hasn’t even been moved into the shop.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I inquired about a used car online. I then got a call to setup a time to see the car and take it for a test drive, fully prepared to leave with it that day. I asked if they could do same day and I was told that they could, that the vehicle was on the lot, and would be ready for me.
I drove an hour and a half for this particular car and as soon as I get there, I was told it was just sold. Nobody called to let me know it wasn’t available anymore before making the drive. They didn’t have anything similar on the lot so instead they tried to sell me on vehicle from a sister store that was more than twice the price as the vehicle I intended to purchase. I was also very thorough on expressing my nonnegotiables for a vehicle and this car did not even fit that criteria. The sell tactic for this was almost laughable. I don’t think there is a better way to describe this experience or dealer than unprofessional.
Their bathroom was also nasty.

BEWARE! Don’t ever take your vehicle for service here! My Jeep was making a loud popping noise every time I made a turn. I took it here in hopes they could find the problem and fix it. Wade at the service counter kept “guessing” at what he believed the problem was and he’s not even a mechanic!! He thought it was the gear box. I suggested they look at the ball joints. An hour and a half later Wade called and said there is nothing wrong with it. They heard the noise and it’s completely “normal”. Then Wade proceeded to say he has two new Jeeps on their lot that make the exact same noise! Yea, that really makes me want to buy a car from them in the future. He says three people test drove it (including the service manager) and found nothing wrong with it. They didn’t even put it up on the lift and look!
I picked up my vehicle and took it to a better and much more reputable dealership. They had my car for two weeks. The axle was cracked and got replaced and the ball joints were worn (which there is a safety bulletin for this exact thing)! They also replaced the ball joints. Noise is gone and it drives great! If you have an issue with your vehicle, DO NOT take it here, you’ll just be wasting your time.

I purchased a 2023 Gladiator back on early Nov, sales person told me it would arrive in a week.. had to wait over half a month until the truck arrived. It arrived in the worst possible condition oil spilled on the hood and rooftop (from the transport.) That’s not even the worst part it arrived leaking fuel where it spent another 4 months in another dealership! They had to fix the improper installation of a fuel pump recall I was never told had been done at this dealership. (Careful out of state buyers! I wouldn’t buy from here again!)

I had them to fix my windshield wiper motor on my Dodge ram truck. They charged me $512 for the motor. I called other Dodge dealerships in the area and all of them had the same part for under $400. I also checked the Mopar site and it cost $322. I'm happy with the work they did but be aware they charge more than other Dodge dealerships to work on you car. I was told they charge $199 and hour but the others charged $165 for the same thing.
