Never had a bad experience
Staff is nice they try there best to try move quickly. If you have everything ready to go your out quickly.

Only giving one start bc I have to. This is the only location in our area and its horrible their customer service is a joke they are so petty they charge to tape your package or make you buy a roll of cheap $5 tape. I've been to several states for work and used pro 50 different ups stores and never been charged for tape or to print a lable. Their rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional at this location. They also charge $5.95 for a small box that 50 cents at Walmart i should have went to Walmart but they had a line out to parking lot and I didn't want the hassle of coming back to this awful place

If there was any way to give the Florence, Alabama, UPS store a ‘0’, I would. There is always a 10-15 minute wait. They are rude to everyone, but especially to older people who don’t understand QR codes. The only people that I’ve seen get good service in there are the people paying tons of money to have something packed and shipped. If they don’t like the Amazon and other companies that do their returns through them, I’m sure these companies could find someone else.

Atmosphere is depressing. Interaction with customers is the bare minimum. The male clerk who helped me looked homeless with his unkept beard and his unkept hair. His hair was in his eyes. He was openly yawning and his body language displayed he did not want to be at work. Management needs to set a standard of excellence with Customer Service.
With all that being said, clerk was knowledgeable and I was able to ship my package with no worries.

The store was very confusing and unhelpful. I waited in-line just to be told to go stand in another line. Then that person left went on break and I was told to go back to the first line of course back of the line.

They just sent me a notification that they just attempted to make a delivery yet no one came inside my apartment building to drop the package off. Nor was there a ups truck outside. I’ve been watching and waiting for this package all day, so I kept an eye out. Laziness is disgusting.

Half the people who work at this store are rude. I work in customer service, and the attitudes are unacceptable.
I genuinely also don’t understand the truck routes. I’ll follow the specific ups truck that has my package on the ups app. Sometimes it will literally be across the street yet it will leave and go to another part of town or a different town and I won’t get my package till hours later. I don’t get it.
