The absolute worst customer service. The woman acted as if we were inconveniencing her. She had the most hateful attitude. She offered no help. The boy working also had a smart attitude and replied y’all have a good day as we were leaving. We just left and will take our package somewhere else. They both should be fired.

FYI to those affected, this store does not accept anything that is gun related, not even a tiny piece of fiber optic tubing that weighs 1/10 of an ounce and is not attached to anything. If it goes on a gun, regardless of if it goes bang, they will turn you away. Hope this saves someone a wasted trip to town.

Workers are excellent. I have always gotten great service, but the overwhelming smell of mold is awful. I feel bad the workers have to be in that environment all day. I wish the owners would correct this makes it hard to return items because i immediately start coughing when I am in the store for 5 mins

I dropped a usps package off December 30th 2023 at 1:15 pm . Guy at the desk said he can't give me a tracking number. I already have one . As of today this store hasn't sent the package out . Whyyy??

The employees are always in a rush and seem rude when I go to return something. Some of them are nice though and helpful.

I'm not sure what it is about this place but it seems like every time I come here there's a storm cloud hovering above and everyone is in a foul/glum mood. What is it, the pay? The management? I get that people have bad days but geez, is that every day here? I'll keep coming back though because it's the only UPS Store in the area. Just wish the staff would jolly up.

I would not recommend the UPS Store. I go in, directly at open, to ship a package for my autistic son. I’m buying a box, tape, and paying to ship. They tell me I need to make separate purchases so they can ensure I’m not going to steal anything. I take my debit card and leave my whole wallet and tell them they can give it back after I have paid if that is ok. The female tells me I didn’t need to do that, to which I say the guy just insinuated I was going to steal. I just want to pay for everything together. Anyway, a feeble apology from her - indifference from the guy (employee # 283325), and I finally get to ship my son’s package for $49.77.Terrible customer service, but whatever they are going through at 8am in the morning with the first customer - I hope their day gets better.

I HATE UPS WORST THAN ANYONE !! Amazon has to be send back with a code scanner … EVERY TIME.. I’ve been in there there is only one at the register tall big red hard guy is ALWAYS rude !! Much less lazy .. very slow and will leave people standing in line to Walk as slow as he can to the back to put a envelope in a cubby then walk back and when you KNOW you picked the Amazon return when they say return and Pus has to bag or box ?!! NOPE not this guy I guy he will walk SLOWLY and throw you an envelope and say you can buy this for $2.99 plus tax or send THEM an email for &3.99 …So I called Amazon while there and they said - I don’t know why they are doing that because you picked the top button for free shipping !!I’m telling you if you have ANYTHING to ship back go to Parkway -Pak—Ship on Mall drive in Florence or the shipping Zone in center star if your closer !!I was so mad I even stopped at the post office and they said I wouldn’t believe how many complaints they get every DAY !!I get so mad when people just can’t take pride and be nice to customers …

I despise going to this UPS store ??♀️ First of all, the store is way too small! There is standing room only (no chairs available for the disabled patrons) Secondly, there is usually only 1 or 2 employees manning a register at any given time and never work quickly, they're slower than molasses. This ends up causing customers to pile up and be crammed together like sardines in a can ?

My package was accepted for a return to Amazon 4 days ago. I was not provided a tracking number only a reference number. As of today UPS DOES NOT have a record of the drop off and they cannot locate the package. In calling the store they refuse to check to see if the package is still in the store. No support at all.

This is a high volume store and many times the line is to the door and wrapped around inside but they are always efficient in handling and service is received quickly..

terrible, owner is rude, had a package return they said was incorrect. took it to Madison Store and they new how to do it. Had an amazon return they said it was wrong, amazon said it was right they would not even take it.
