don't waste your time coming to this post office. Every time I have came, they can never help you. They never know nothing. bald headed guy is rude. He doesn't say thank you he doesn't greet you. He just stares at you as if you're a piece of crap. Manager needs to check cameras and get rid of him. give the opportunity to someone who wants to work and who wants to be there. It's ridiculous. I will not be coming back here.

Not sure if this is the post office that Kirk works at or if it is the one on Edgewood, but I was expecting a package that was basically being shipped all around the South East US because the label was messed up. It finally arrived back at the original post office and Kirk found it and repackaged it with a new label so that it could make it to the destination. Thank you Kirk! I really appreciate it. Packaged arrived today.

They marked my package as delivered even though they didn’t deliver it. It’s not here and I got an email saying delivery couldn’t be made and will be re-attempted. So why would you go ahead and mark it as delivered if you didn’t actually deliver it? This area has the worst postal service out of the whole quad cities.

My package was stuffed in my mail box. The package was a delicate item and most of package was left hanging out of mailbox. The item was not cheap and could easily be stolen.

On 12/15/24 I called multiple times to see about having my packages redelivered because they were delivered to the wrong address and nobody would answer the phone. I am also constantly getting other peoples mail.

Your service is terrible, my packages are repeatedly shoved in my mailbox to the point of not being able to get them out. I have waited on the phone over thirty minutes for somebody to answer only to be hung up on twice. If you people don't like your job then quit get somebody else in there who will do the job with respect and quality.

Only giving a two-star because I can't give 1.5 and due to my package was delivered on time. My box was completely crushed when it was put at the door step. Also they put it where everybody could see it from the road instead of trying to hide it or put it off to the side.

I went to the post office. And I had a letter I got in the mail it said to bring it up there so they can scan it so I can start getting my mail. And the woman that works there was being rude to me
