This pharmacy is terrible. They regularly mess up on orders. I can't count the amount of times I've called in a script using the automated service (that didn't require Dr's approval) only to arrive and them not have it ready. I've had them tell me prescriptions had been called in by my doctor, and then when I get there they tell me they don't know what happened. And that the doctor \\\"must have called the prescription back\\\". Even though I called my doctor office immediately afterwards and they told me they did no such thing. And don't even think about trying to call and speak to an actual person in the pharmacy on the phone unless you have 20-45 minutes to stay on hold waiting. I've even had a nurse from my doctors office hand deliver a script for me (out of the kindness of her heart, she went above and beyond to help me) because she stayed on hold so long trying to reach someone at this pharmacy. It's pathetic when doctors offices can't even get through to call in scripts. Their internet goes down and they can't sell allergy medicine. They constantly raise the prices of their already extremely hiked up prices that currently exist. I've called Publix pharmacy on several occasions to check the price on different medicines, and Walgreens is ALWAYS much more expensive. I could go on and on about why this pharmacy sucks. But I'll just say lastly that their pharmacy staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Especially the older male pharmacist with glasses. There is also an overweight, young black girl that obviously doesn't care about anyone and is only there to get her paycheck. These people are terrible. And I've worked retail all my life, I know how unfair customers can be so I always keep my opinions to myself in person, and treat employees with kindness and understanding. If this is how they treat me, I can only imagine how they'd treat someone that voiced their concerns to them. Please, don't give these shams your business. ANYWHERE would have to be better than here. I used this place for my only pharmacy for years, but I've had enough of their incompetence and horrible attitudes. I'm having all my scripts transferred and never plan to step foot in this store again.

Always take forever and this pharmacy screwed up my medication!I told them 3 times and i waited for 3 WEEKS for them to still not listen to me about my meds.I am currently fighting depression and extreme fatigue because this pharmacy doesnt care about its customers!Apparently if they feel the generic is needed they dont care what u say!Im half considering a lawsuit!Took me 4 years to get my meds working for them to screw it all up!

FYI Walgreens on FLORENCE BLVD SUCKS! Their customer service is awful. Short handed or not. This should not be happening & they should do their job.. I couldn’t imagine dealing with them all the time thank goodness it’s temporary! ?. For all my local people I don’t recommend them... this is after the fourth time & they are RUDE!!!!! I don’t like to leave ugly remarks or anything but I have and contacted corporate because I didn’t wanna be one of those customers cause I’ve been in customer service but Geesh... when does it give.. everything is always the patients fault & they DONT CARE about you! It’s sad.. praying I can get my injections transferred elsewhere because they are telling patients that I am prior authorizations they’re having they need to called their doctors office and if not and he takes Tom oh well and if they don’t like it they can transfer to another pharmacy??

Pharmacy employees are very rude. Every time come get medicine which is everybody weeks for the same medicine they charge different pricesDon't let customers use goodrx coupon. Act as if customers are bothering them. Tell customers they have stay waitn get medicine can't leave abuse rhe may close early even make remark to customers saying should been here earlier and they will be there before closing which is at 6 for the Pharmacy on SaturdayShouldn't matter if it's 5 pm when customers get there to get medicine filled. Employees don't need be talking to customers like that. They clearly had shown they don't care about customers when say stuff like that to customers

Pharmacy. For her to say she did all that for nothing. Was rude. That's her job. Never a prob before. Believe she's wasn't doing something correct.

It's unacceptable to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 customers in front of me. The two customers behind me simply left. That's not good customer service.

I didn't even WANT to give y'all one star but it made me choose at least that. It's absolutley insulting that you would allow people to print images WITH A WATERMARK on them. Do you know how illegal that is? Obviously not or you wouldn't do it. Not only can the client be sued for going against the photographer's rules but also the company who allowed them to print it. Photographer's deserve more respect than that. We don't come into Walgreen's and walk out without paying so don't let our clients come in and get something they didn't pay for.
