megan and judy gave the most memorable shopping experience their customer service was outstanding and they were extremely helpful. I will absolutely be coming back to this and taylor to see them again!!!

I would never shop at this store again. Lady was super rude at the register. They will not give you a full credit back even if you have a receipt.. Makes no sense at all. Also everything I have purchased from this store shrinks the first time you wash it and is terrible quality.

I had a great experience . Soon as I walked in Miss Toni greeted me and asked what I was looking for . She found exactly what I was looking for and so much more . She was excellent at styling and great customer service . I loved how she didn’t assume that I couldn’t afford anything. I was just in athletic shorts and a tank top . She went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. I also got a lot of great deals there . Thank you Miss Toni for helping me and I will definitely be back .

One of my wife’s favorite stores. No trip to the Gulf Coast is complete for us without a visit to Ann Taylor factory outlet store. Tons of stylish merchandise, nicely arranged and all 25 to 50% off. The staff here is friendly and helpful and the store and dressing rooms are nice and clean. A fun spot to shop.

I was greeted when I entered and Diane was quick to start a change room for me as it didn't take long to find some lovely things to try on. I scored a few great deals from the discount rack in addition to a great pair of pants on sale. Will be returning.

I received outstanding customer service from Miss Morgan. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me find jeans in my size and style. She was also happy to help me in the fitting room. I will definitely return.

The young men that operate this car wash we're awesome.vWe we're from out of town, had bugs all over the car. It was a little after hours, but than ran out car through, and made me a very happy camper.

I visited the Ann Taylor Factory Outlet today at the Tanger Outlets. When entering the store we were not greeted by the sales associate. I found two pair of pants that I wanted to try on. When I walked to the dressing room the associate said come on back. When I asked her which one she rudely responded. There was no friendly customer service, yet when the lady came in behind me she was super friendly and personable. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I worked retail myself and was always told that no matter what a person looks like they are a customer and should be treated with friendliness and attentiveness. Please let the employee know that just because a person isn't dressed in an expensive outfit, that doesn't make them any less of a customer.

I was very pleased with this store. Everything was discounted, most things by 40%. I found lots of things to try on, and the staff were helpful. I noticed they were very patient with customers, and took extra time to sign them up for membership discounts.
