Beware of using these company. Moved my phone there from another carrier, got my first bill almost $400. I've called multiple times and was told things would correct itself on next bill it didn't , called again multiple times to resolve the issue. Worst experience with the representative, asked for her supervisor and was told they are all in meetings. Finally she told me that she would give my message to her supervisor to call me, now over a couple of days. Never got a call. Called the other day, long wait so I entered my phone number and they would call me back. That never happened. Called back the next day finally spoke to representative finally got to the bottom of the issue. Two bills later and finally get the credit that was deserved. But I paid them on time, they got more money than I do. This is terrible customer service.

Dawn is so amazing! I made a mistake and bought a phone with less memory than my former phone. She helped me for 2+ hours ensuring I left att with a functioning phone and was happy. She is kind, efficient and extremely patient. I am so grateful for her diligence and customer service centered attitude! I will be back and ask for her with each need my family has in the future.

They are usually fine. I am retired from AT&T (35 yrs). The man that greeted me today was a total useless condescending a$$. I bought a $1300 phone a couple of weeks ago (I wanted to pay the $1300 that day but no I have to wait for the next bill to pay off). Anyway, I had researched and tried to stop the pop up ads for 3 days!. I just wanted someone to sit down with me to make sure I was going through the motions correctly. But no, he told me what I already knew and would not even take the phone to look at it and didn't even suggest to register me to get with an associate to help with what I was or was not doing correctly. This was a Tuesday morning (9-26-23). So, not that busy. The only reason I've been sticking with them is for the retiree discount on the service (not new phones). I hope the Foley, Al. location manager gets this. Buh bye, going to T Mobile. Please don't use AT&T and this is from an ex- employee, previously Bell South. Y'all sucked!

Colby was the gentleman that help me. He greeted me with a smile on his face and willing to assist me. Answer my question and did not pressure me to buy anything. He was so sweet I wanted to buy something for his time even though the question that I had took only 30 seconds for him to fix. I would definitely love for him to assist me again if I need help
