“I absolutely love banking with Truist and a huge part of the reason why are the people that work at this location! The bankers are all polite and knowledgeable. They always make me feel like they truly care. The Branch Manager Erin has been so helpful and will take her time with you to help you any way she can and doesn’t make you feel rushed or uncomfortable. The last year I have banked with them for my business and I am so glad that I chose them!”

“This the only other local PNC bank in the area. We chose PNC after retiring down here, mainly because it's a Pittsburgh based institution and both are kids are in Pittsburgh. But I did my due diligence prior to opening accounts and was satisfied that they're a solid institution. I have written a full review at the other branch but as for this location the people have always been friendly and accommodating and they are the only local branch that can issue a debit card while you wait. I find this out after losing mine on my recent trip. Bottom line: Solid bank, tech savvy, nice app, good staff and lots of options.”

“I like this bank. I just called to raise the limit so I could pay a large bill. They asked questions they’ve never asked before. I didn’t understand until I remembered my last call to them. I forgot I put my wife’s email because she’s far better at me when it comes to this stuff. The last time I spoke to them, they verified the email address, but I forgot I didn’t put mine and acted confused. They took steps within the foley office themselves to make sure I am who I say I am. It’s the personal service I looked for when we chose this bank. I appreciate it greatly.”

“I see so many negative reviews about Pen Air but I never once had a problem with them!! I been with them for 9 years going on 10 years and they have been nothing but sweet!! I know some things in the comments they don’t know what some people cannot do nor help with. Members don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. Needing help w your account calling the 850 number to discuss your account want to speak w someone at the branch then go to the branch lol that simple no need to speak to someone at the branch for the same answer they’re busy helping people that come in. I know it’s your bank and all of that but it’s two sides to every story and working dealing with members they feel like you can do anything they need and it doesn’t work like that. Sorry just had to say something because the comments are ridiculous and most of them come from Karens. Its so rude how they treat a MSR sometimes when they can’t have their way that being said Pen air thanks you!! Most people that loves y’all may not rate only the people that have so much to say and can’t have their way, keep thriving and keeping up the good work!!!”

Manager Leslie Devine started our experience with a friendly greeting and Monique Parrish was a delightful person to have as our banker. Leslie and Monique are true professionals and this bank is fortunate to have them on their team. Thank you both for your excellent service and caring attitude toward your new customers!
The general manager, Gordon helped us out on 2 separate occasions as well! Very knowledgeable guy and Wells Fargo of Foley is dynamite.”
