“I went in to obtain a temp. ATM card and Direct Deposit form. One of the tellers told me that I could go to the back office to obtain these items. Before I could say "okay" .. another teller LOUDLY STATED "uhh WE CANT DO TEMP. ATM CARDS ANYMORE!" I DIDNT UNDERSTAND because why would the bank allow me to open an account deposit money and NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THOSE FUNDS. The teller at the back desk then said "Yes, we can ..we still have them." Either she was uneducated on this or she was profiling me. regardless it made my visit unpleasant and I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS BRANCH LOCATION.Edit: Mr.Hugh was so very nice. If I return it will be to see him”

He told me everything step by step and answered all of my questions in a postive and understandable way. Super nice!!! Couldn't have went through the process any easier!!
