“Pleasure doing business with this bank, great customer service and community resource for local residents looking for banking services where you can feel heard and represented by real people in your community.”
“I was lucky enough to find Alabama Credit Union in Gulf Shores. The employees here are amazing. I have recommended this credit union to a number of people i have met down here. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Even though we are snowbirds they treated us like family. I cant say enough positive things about the staff. Just wonderful all around.”
“I appreciate great customer service and professionalism. The tellers at this location are to be praised for both. Also even though I wasn't a customer they treated me like family.God bless them!”
““Banking the way it should be” is their motto and it’s truly the way they run their bank. The whole team will treat you like family and help you with all your banking needs or just listen to you ramble for 10 minutes. We use them for business and personal.”
“Ms. Mary and crew are the absolute best to deal with from a Biz ow. stand point! Always an absolute treat, and you can always count on a smile! Keep Crushing ladies!!”
“While on vacation we stopped in the Gulf Shores branch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This group was very helpful and made me feel like a local. They are happier than my local office in North Alabama. Pleasant visit.”
“Mason was extremely helpfull. We had an issue with my daughters paycheck not clearing through mobile deposit. He fixed the problem and cashed the check for my daughter with no issues.”
“Fantastic customer service!!!! It took several tries of switching banks in Gulf Shores for our local business (my business partner spent hours in the other banks fixing bank errors almost to the point of tears), and Chris and the others at this branch have made this part of our (her) business easy. We are so thankful for this branch. When we are swamped, who needs bank problems due to errors? They are more than courteous - they are helpful, professional, and friendly even when we are in a hurry.”
“I love everything about this branch. The staff is always cheerful and ready to help me with any questions or concerns I have. They know me by name as well as my service dog. They make me feel welcome.”
