Opened a new Business Account online but was not able to set up online banking. Called in the morning during normal business hours and had to leave a voicemail. Never received a callback. Called again towards end of normal business day and still no answer. I guess they do not care about any customer new or old. Not impressed with any part of this staff or bank. Had to call a call center for assistance to get online banking access set up and then learned that you cannot just transfer money to external accounts....you can only "view" an added external account. How is this even a bank/financial institution in 2023? Ended up having to write myself a check from my personal external checking account and do a mobile deposit just to fund this account. The other option given was to use Zelle and then you are charged to receive money into account. Complete joke! Will start looking for another small business banking solution.

They never answer the phones and atm is never available when I need it. Also they are wildly understaffed. Expect me to switch banks here soon because this is ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible service. Really disappointed in Clarissa (Banker). I am forced to leave 1 star, when they deserve 0. It takes 20 minutes to talk to a banker who is never able to help in almost any situation. The branch manager is always out; conveniently, that is the only person who can address any problems. These people are experts at the run around. I guess these people read the Idiot's guide to banking written by the customer service department of Wells Fargo.I am a 4 year customer now leaving this bank. Save yourself the hassle and beware of this greedy institution!

2 drive thru packed with one teller working. Finally get to the window (after waiting for 14 minutes) and she has to leave to come outside to fix the deposit box..

Wish I could leave 0 stars. ATM is a piece of GARBAGE. After it ate our roughly $3000 deposit, employees acted like it was our fault. They are NOT helpful at all. After a whole week we still don’t have our money back.

I have been banking with BBT and its predecessor Colonial Bank since 1994.I have had my home mortgage, a business mortgage, a line of credit and business and personal checking accounts. BBT's staff has always been professional and cordial. Today I was assisted by Lilly Lewis and couldn't be more pleased with her professionalism.

Very rude staff, took 3 days to deposit my check. And got very rude when I wanted to close my accounts acted like I wasn't allowed. Sorry to say I have never had this much problem out of a bank before. And I will be taking my business to pin air! Take the warnings you see in the reviews and DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

Really incompetent workers at this location. Every time I want to cash a check in the drive thru they always ask what I want to do with it. If I don't send a deposit slip with it I obviously want it cashed duh! I expect not to have to sit there & explain their job to them. Do your job so customers can be on their way. I really can't stand having a delay every time I use the drive thru.
