I called because I was looking for help to refinance my truck into my wife’s name to get my credit clear and get ready to purchase a home next year. I was told over the phone after running my wife’s credit that I would be able to get it in her name at $545.36 a month at 7.75 percent . Awesome !!So we put our baby in the truck and drove 30 minutes out of the way . When we get here no one greeted us nicely . Then when Jon (the guy I spoke to on the phone) came in, we all went into the office to sign papers. He then said that in order to get that deal he has to add $3,400 onto our loan for the 48k mile warranty because it was a promo going on to be able to get that interest rate. I feel like this is something that should be told to someone before they come all this way. Anyway very disappointed.

finally, I get to do a great review!!!!I cannot say enough good things about these guys.I spent countless hours and days trying to get approved financing after a car accident I was involved in.no one would could get me financed after being rear ended and not at all at fault in the accident.my last plan was to purchase a car cash outright but I was limited on that plan.i would have had to buy on market place or other with only $3000-$4000 to get a not so dependable vehicle.I was in a real bad situation with my Gap insurance not getting on the stick to finish paying for the totaled Kia I was driving prior.I saw the ad on my iPhone for Coastal Auto Group. even though I had no faith left in Auto sales and dealerships I decided to fill out the quick application online which was fast.within an hour or so I was contacted then ask some additional information and in around 2-3 hours I was approved.Justin was the salesman and did a phenomenal job of working with me.very nice polite and informative!this was the least amount of time I have spent doing car financing which is in its self amazing to me.I sent all my documents required to Justin through email and text.that dude was awesome and even answered every little text like , you're welcome and no worries.my experience with Coastal Auto Group was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my 65 years of living.what they advertise is true unlike most all other sales and dealers.got my Kia Soul and love it!!!low miles and a nice car that fits all my needs for my work.I'll leave you all with this one last important comment.Go see these guys if you are in need of a vehicle and in a tight spot.they actually do work with you instead of wasting your time like others.I was offered an incentive if I refer someone to them.no sales or dealership has ever told me that!drive on with Coastal Auto Group!do not waste any time with the other bill BS-ers!thank you Justin CAG

WOW!!! My wife and I purchased 2 vehicle from Jon and Jason. I spent 33 years in the automotive industry and I can tell you that this is the place in Foley to buy! No outrageous doc fees and simple and understandable finance terms! Great job guys! Chris and Tish

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Michael Porter at Coastal Auto. He was helpful throughout the process and patient while we looked at several financing offers. They didn't try to upsale us or add on crazy fees, and they even stayed after hours to finish the purchase. The whole process was a pleasure and we got the car we were looking for.

Not only am i a returning customer but also a referring customer with verified purchase, and i was so disappointed in the lack of motivation to sale last weekend. I was unfortunately appointed the new salesman in training and throughout our interaction it was a back and forth of little information to none each time. This process started off just as bad as it ended.When first setting an appointment online to see the vehicle I was interested in, I received a txt asking if I wanted to see it before my appointment. I told him i didn't think that was possible and if my appointment time was still ok. He said “thats fine. I see you did your app here though. I need your social to see what I can do.“ No. The last application I filled out was 3 years ago, and I will not txt you my social without even looking at the car.Once I looked and drove the vehicle, i completed the application and was told I would receive a call 20 minutes from then. I did not hear anything for the rest of the day nor anything the next day till about noon when I decided to show up. I was then given some information and presented 1 other option. Although we couldn’t get anything done because the other men in the office who apparently know how to do their job left the new guy at the office to babysit. I ended up leaving and told them id be back later. I came back and my salesman yet again had forgotten about me and hurried to retrieve some information. Pretty much told me sorry and that was that. I was not sat down in a proper office to talk options or explain in further detail. Just told in the lobby, it is what it is and i cant be helped unless I had 5,000 down.With all this being said, I know my situation is never an easy one but I would expect to be treated like you want my sale and like you respect me. NONE of my questions were answered the entire time as he told me he’d ask and then just acted like he forgot I even existed when I walked out. He never reached out to update me on anything. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Dalton was very friendly and helpful! Updated: 2 months since I purchased my vehicle and I still cannot register because they have not sent all of the required paperwork to my BMV. Very poor customer service after purchase!

This place is a Joke they will rob you of your money DO NOT BUY HERE amd John John fizzle is the owners son thats sad they have to have there workers leaving reviews.I bought a Titan here thats had issue since the day a bought it call up John says it's not my problem stay away from this places.....
