Very rude employees....one didn't even made no effort to acknowledge we were in the store....the other was very hateful. From other reviews here...this is an common problem at this store and coperate has no interest in solving the problem.

Today I went to buy a phone and I received terrible attention from a worker, she gave me a phone that I didn't ask for and added accessories that I never requested, she wanted a refund and she didn't want to give it to me, she clearly wanted the commission and then I try to blame myself, horrible service, what a bad saleswoman!

I love cricket in foley Brianna was amazing she helped me perfectly and created a email for me !! Definitely recommended not the Robertsdale one I am Latina and the people there are racists

Just left the store after waiting for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. 2 ladies working and both assisting one customer. Not a hello, will be with you in a moment or anything. Walked out hoping to her some audible response but absolutely nothing.

Quite an experience! Having very little experience with newer technology - in fact I would rather have a tooth pulled than change phones!! I visited the Foley location and was amazed at the great professional (and very patient!) help from Morgan. She helped multiple customers simultaneously and with great patience. Great Job! Very knowledgeable - understood my needs, suggested various solutions and held a brief "training session" to help bring me up to speed. Happy with the results!

This was my first time to visit a Cricket store. We pulled up and the two girls who were working had very loud music playing outside from a wireless speaker.As I approached the store, one walked up to me, blocking the door, and rudely said, “Our internet is down, do you need to pay a bill or something?”I told her what I needed help with my hot spot box. Still standing in front of the door she, said let me see it. She literally didn’t want to go into the store to help me.I finally walked around her to set my bag on the very first counter I came to.She tried to tell me the only way to use my hot spot was to plug it into my computer with a cord. ? no.I continued to try and explain my problem.Finally, the other girl said, it sounds like you need to submit a warranty claim. I’d be happy to get you that number.She was extremely helpful and most importantly, kind.When I got back to the truck, my husband who had stayed in the truck could even see how rude this first girl was being and couldn’t even hear her.I don’t understand why not having internet would effect your ability to be kind to someone and help them.
