Very friendly and service with a nice smile.I do have one complaint. We got there early (12:30) they didn't open until 1:00. The doors unlocked at 1:00 and we started in. This man came out and was pretty rude. Pushed us all back out the door. Then explained that most of us were in the wrong line. They should have signs up as to what doors are used for what. Oh well, we got out very quick even with him being rude.

Sarah helped register two of my cars at the same time. She was very efficient, nice, and courteous. We were able to get in and get out in under 30 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quick we were able to be helped and on our way. Very happy with my experience here.

I visited on 4/19 around 2:00 and I want in and out in 15 minutes. I know I just got lucky but the 5 star review is for the receptionist who was SO nice even though the people in front of me were grumpy. The agent who helped me at the desk was in training, but she was great too.

The DMV in Foley Alabama, as I was walking in @4:24 pm I thought they closed at 5 pm .. I was completely wrong so after I went into the very front door the first person was a lady and she directed me to the actual driver's license and reinstatement place and other IDsNext person I was usher too was a gentleman in the actual office said how can I help you and I asked a few questions about getting a license reinstated different questions he answered every question and he said that they were closing the next few minutes and but they asked the lady was locking the door that I came in through they said it's okay you can finish your conversation you can go through the exit door to your car through here they let me stay an additional 15 minutes to completely answer all my questions which to me was very important to then they said it was no big problem and they were very polite and answered everything and directed me to the different online sites that I needed to complete and to study for the test and all the laws

I give 5 stars for speedy service with getting a new tag. Julie was great and prompt. No trouble whatsoever. I had a 9 o'clock appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes.

Make sure you call before going to find out exactly what paperwork and documents you need!! Otherwise, there is a "gatekeeper" at the front door that will let you know what you need. Chances are you will not have the precise paper work you need.Don't go to the office the first of the month......long lines will greet you.Best to make an appt. on line. Robertsdale off is usually less crowded than Foley.If you are registering a Class A or 5th wheel you don't have to drive it there to verify vin#. They will send a law enforcement person to your house.Good luck!

I have moved out of state 12 times and this DMV at 201 E. Section Ave in Foley, AL was the best experience I have had in my 60 years. Kimberly Ard was most professional, courteous, and eager to help with all of my registration and title needs. Great job Kim!!!
