“I took our laptop in for repair because the screen would not come on, then when it finally did it wanted a key code that I had do clue how to find. When I went in both techs were busy, but I noticed one of them was helping an older lady with her phone and he was so patient and sweet with her. He also helped me. His name was Calan {sorry if I missed spelled it}. They charged an initial fee to run a diagnostic on it. So I left it there and a specialist came in a few days later and was able to solve the problem. And they did not charge me any extra than I had paid. They have great guest service and prices cannot be beat!! Highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service!!”

“Cory Newell was a wonderful repairman! You need to give him a raise. Your companies Sears Mobile Repair and American Home Shield sucks. These two companies have no idea what they are doing! In the process of not being able to talk to a human being the customer gets screwed! I am disabled and stress causes me to be sicker. With the confusion between Sears and AHS I have gotten very ill! I told Cory it was not his fault. I pray I never have to use either of these companies again! ?????”

I really didn’t want to buy a new phone considered how much money i spent on this trip and needed a quick solution. Insert this friendly place and i got my phone fixed in a jiffy. :3 price is more than fair and the enthusiasm from the employees was so nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.”
