“So far, This review is based on one phone call to change primary Physicians. I called and had the pleasure of getting Ms. Patricia on the phone. May I just say, this 1st time experience, speaking with her, her knowledge, her patience AND her eagerness to HELP a new patient get and find exactly what they need from everyone involved was the absolute most excellent customer service I have experience in a very, very long time!!!I would like to thank Patricia wholeheartedly and hope that I get to meet her when I do finally have my appointment she is a blessing and an asset to this establishment!!!Looking forward to the appt!!”

“I see a lot of people complaining that they can’t get meds or want more than a month of refills, etc. storms are no excuse to not get blood work done. Sounds like a lot of people on here are making excuses and being Karen’s. Been going here for 2 years and I’ve never had to be there for longer than 30 minutes and they always give me the medication I need. Not the medication I want. This place has been a god send for me. Don’t listen to all of these 1 star Karen’s on here.”
