Being in a tourist area, I think it'd make sense to have some changing rooms open?? They claimed they were closed for "cleaning" while no one was cleaning, just a broom stood up inside the changing rooms and a cart blocking the entrance. So no way to try on anything. It seemed as if the workers were also high? At least one of them did, very slow to response and react and didn't appear to be too sharp. Asked both workers that were standing around doing nothing when and if the changing rooms would be open, was told, "It's closed for cleaning." You don't say??? So it was impossible to really try something on in the store. The high workers told me I could return it if it doesn't fit. (Mind you the policy at Forever 21 says you can't return items if they've been worn, and this is in a TOURIST AREA) So I wouldn't be able to return it to this location and, per policy, not at all. When checking out with what we could, the card machine was messed up entirely. Store worker claimed that it was having problems before. (Same card worked at H&M and other stores, and we had plenty of money.) Worker tried to go to a different computer and machine, it also refused to read our card. She also seemed to fail at her login quite a few times and was oddly slow. While we tried to get another form of payment, she went to another customer and started to help them, and we just left because she didn't care. Not worth going to, and neither is this entire outlet, very rude service anywhere you go. H&M and Starbucks seem to be the only places in good hands around here. Complete and utter joke of a store and horrible service. Shut this location down, it's a bad image for the rest of Forever 21.

I went on 6/5/23 bought 7 things One being a necklace set & the other being b**b covers. Got to my Airbnb to get ready for dinner 6/6/23 with traffic about a 45 minute drive and NEITHER made it to my bag. So I called, explained the situation. "Yep it's sitting here on the counter" we don't do refunds over the phone tho. I explained I only have one more full day here Im Gulf shores & we probably won't make it back to stop. Told meWell it is only Thursday you have time. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO MAKE AN EXTRA TRIP ON MY LAST DAY BECAUSE YALL DONT KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. I promise it's not rocket science. The lady I talked to wasn't very pleasant either. Was I a Karen absolutely but do your job dude. It's NOT hard. Here's my receipt as well. Happy to prove what I also had in my bag that DIDNT include the top two things I paid for. Idc if it's $1 or $500 do you're damn job.

I came in here to ask about sizes on pants. She looked me up and down and said we only go to a waist size 31, but you can go online for plus sizes! Which by the way I am a size 7. The nerve of that little b word with her size shaming and attitude. I wish I could’ve caught her name because I would sure call to complain about this! I’ll never come to this location again.

I needed to exchange a pair of boots and the young male cashier made me pay extra for the exact same type of shoes! After checking out, I walked out of the store and later realized he gave me the same pair of boots I had just went to exchange. I then had to go back to swap out the shoes and the boots were in a worse condition than the one I had returned. The store itself is fine, but that cashier needs to go.

Walked in and an employee muttered "it aint gonna do no good to shop when we about to close" Such a rude way to go about it and they weren't even going to close for another half hour.

Staffing were extremely rude and unprofessional with the poor treatment towards my 16 year old daughter! I am very upset she came home twice after being turned around crying and asking if it was because of her color! Something needs to be done immediately!

Unprofessional Staff. Hours of Operation posted is 11am - 7 pm .I came at 6:30P.M the staff member at the door pointed at his watch and said “we closed” I pointed to the sign and said “ the sign says 7P.M. it’s 6:30 P.M. Now The staff member replied “ we still closed. I seen people still Shopping in the store. This was very unprofessional and rude of the staff member. If a shopper did not honor their policy by not wearing a mask a shopper would not be able to shop at Forever 21 Therefore it is unacceptable for Forever 21 not to honor their own store policy. Shopper Beware times may vary according to staff members
