We ordered a refrigerator for our house in Lillian two weeks ago. Delivery was scheduled for today. My husband took off work to accept delivery between 12:30 - 4:00. At 4:30 the Foley store called and canceled delivery. This is a second home and we we're depending on the delivery of a refrigerator. Now we have groceries without a refrigerator. We are on vacation for the week. The customer service at the Foley Home Depot is unreliable. I would not recommend using this store.Unhappy in Lillian

Purchased a range for 1448 (or so) Sept 3, 2021; delivered in NOT working order Oct 12, 2021. AS OF DEC 22 STILL NOT WORKING. Home Depot 'washes their hands' of the appliance after delivery. SHOP LOCAL GO TO BENSENS FOR YOUR APPLIANCES!!!!! WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY!!!

This is my last purchase from Home Depot. You have left me lost on money with your pro service, blinds, and now my appliances. I had to go out of my way because your third party shipping decided to tell me an hour before my supposed delivery that they weren’t making it and now I’ve gotta wait til Tuesday. I have a special needs son who requires food and medicine be cold and have been using ice and bags to keep them cool. I went to Daphne Alabama Home Depot to purchase a fridge which was not needed had mine been delivered as given and after spending the money I did prior and supposedly just missing a “sale” have to pay more. Someone from corporate needs to contact me because you have the worst customer service and business model for your shoppers. You all are thieves and I’ll make sure that’s known.

They did show up Monday to install. Initially said they couldn't take away my old washer which I had paid to be removed. They said they didn't have room on their truck. Called the store but did not get anyone to answer. They did end up taking it away though. After they installed it he turned it on to make sure it was running and eve seemed to be fine. The first load I washed was about a 3/4 load. Quickly found out that they didn't level the washer when installing.

Broken Hearted. We have yet to receive our fireplace. It was broken in store not once, but twice by the employees. Now they claim it out of stock. I was told to order one of another color. One that I do not want nor like. They stated the product we've been ordering is of poor quality. Therefore they recommend we buy a different fireplace. How about you hire competent employees. I will never do business with Home Depot again. My husband was so excited to buy me this for Christmas. It was to be a surprise. He has so politely and pleasantly handled this from the get go. Me I'd walked away the 3 time ordering. Home Depot has single handedly take the Christmas joy from him. #lookingforourChristmasjoy finally got the message fireplace ready to pick up. well, nope. gave us the box and said put it together yourself. the girl that has been helping with the entire dibacle is on vacation until Jan 2. By the way, we got a fireplace that cost more than original and wrong color!

Wonderful management that helped us out when we had two right doors and damage with a suncast shed we purchased from them!! Very thankful they were able to swap doors and take care of us! Also appreciated the employees wearing masks when bringing the door to my truck!

The Foley location is always such a disappointment, I'm a Home Depot fan but this location has little inventory unhelpful staff, everyone looks like there there against their will.

First three days we have been in here looking for a ryobi glue gun that was supposed to be in..but one time the truck was lost ,,another time its here not stocked yet kinda frustrating to be told it would be on the shelves.. today was the last day we checked still not stocked so I did find it elsewhere..there are some things I like about home depot others I dont so it is good 2 big name stores are close together, what you cant find at one the other usually has.. i do like the return policy home depot has on its plants as I have taken advantage of that.You have one year with your original receipt to return any dead plants for a store credit or credit your original payment. .the one thing I dont like about this store is it's tough to find help on the floor..but when you do finally find someone they are great at customer service..

Horrible in store customer service on 4/9/19 will assure I do not return to this location. I will only consider online orders in the future. Today took almost an hour to get some plastic pipe for the $900 tub we ordered online. Literally walked store three times before finding a "vest" to try and help. Nope. Then passed around for another 30 minutes and as a last insult was forced to use self checkout as they had zero registers open. Zero. We bought almost $2000 in online goods but if you cannot assist me on a $13 order for parts then you lose it all next time and moving forward. At least three other shoppers were in same boat and one was trying to buy $1600 in appliances. There's no place like Home......Depot for no service.
