“Nice clean place to workout but like other gyms it could use some type of posred rules..examples like reracking your weights when finished for others. Using a phone with earphones not playing a phone on speaker (common courtesy), have extra stairclimbers and elliptical., not sitting longer than needed on a machine texting/reading a phone, lockers that can be locked, wipe off equipment when done..these are rules posted at many gyms. Thank you. Otherwise a nice clean facility.”

“Great gym for serious workouts. No pushy trainers hassling or critiquing you, trying to sell you their services. Solid equipment, no fluff. Love the 24/7 access. Billing mix-up fixed quickly and professionally by the manager. Highly recommend for hassle-free, judgment-free, sweat drenched workouts. Just put on your headphones and go!”

“Been a member in Foley for 6 years now. Its always exceptionally clean. The equipment great 99% of the time & there's a lot of it. Tanning beds are maintained & great. I miss 24/7 option as they close on weekend nights, I get it, staff is hard to find for those hours. But why can't we get a member key like most 24 hour places?”

“Was in Gulf Shores when we evacuated from St Pete,Fl from hurricane Milton,what an amazing place! It has every machine rack etc that you could want. Doesn’t matter what your discipline, powerlifting, CrossFit… Was easy to get a 1 week pass, they also offer daily passes, or of course monthly rates. The owners Gary and Valerie were great. If you’re ever in the area ,or live nearby I would highly recommend this gym.”
