Went on Saturday night and was met with a very kind person. Helped us a lot with all of the bags we bought! Pointed out great deals we didn’t even notice. So helpful and personally kind to us. Exceptionally clean store. Let me say that Cheyenne, the manager, is legit the best. So nice and helpful and engaging. Hot Topic should be extremely grateful for her and her leadership!

Manager was rude, won't be back. Spencer's is better anyways and the manager there is kind & friendly unlike the one here. Also it smells terrible in the store, like someone keeps walking around spraying axe body spray or something. Gross.

While not the store of the 90s I grew up with. They still have a lot of great products and clothes. The clearance section at this location usually has some great gems as well.

Employee told me to get another item because it was buy two get one. I was charged for all 3 items causing my transation to be $15 more than it should've been.
