Walked in looking for some loafers, not sure what to get. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made the experience 100x better. Walked out with two pairs of really comfortable and good looking shoes. Highly recommend for anyone needing advice on what to get for any occasion and any type of feet.

The staff at this store is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of shoes has never been better, so many to choose from. Great quality at a fair price. Most comfortable dress and business casual shoes I have ever purchased.

This is a review of the shoes and not the customer service, which was great. Purchased a pair of shoes here about a month ago, and the paint has been flaking off of the back of them to the point where they are almost unwearable. Have worn these shoes 5 times in total.

This may be my new favorite store! The only place in the outlets I’ve been able to find a size 14 park of shoes. They also have some really awesome shirts and jackets. I liked the place so much I asked if they have any locations in the DFW area. So now I’ll be visiting the Dallas store whenever I want new dress apparel. The guy there was extremely helpful. One of the laces from one of the shoes I bought ended up tearing off and went back in and the guy gave me free replacement laces.

I found several shirts and a pair of shoes at a decent price. The shopping experience was amazing because of Sam. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size but Sam and Joseph tracked a pair down from a different store and shipped them directly to my home.

Went in with my husband and my son and Sam was more than helpful. Found everything we were looking for and even had helpful tips on things they don't offer there (ties). Very knowledgeable and he even called me later to let me know my younger son had lost his hat there.

My mother and I came into get a gift for my grandfather. Sam greeted us and was very helpful. We found some really cool socks. I couldn’t help but look into Johnston’s & Murphy’s catalog. I found a super cute vest for the fall season and a coat for the winter. Thank you Sam again for all your help.

Go to place for bargains on a good standard, mid priced shoe brand. Clearance shelf has good variety. In general, good prices on shoes. Jackets and other good quality clothing items

Wonderful shopping experience! We were in a great need for the right outfit for a last minute occasion. We were really impressed with Sam’s eye for fashion, and his eagerness to help. Sam was very accommodating and not at all pushy. He made the process stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
