Lane Bryant Outlet provides awesome customer service with outstanding and helpful employees. Sales associates offer exceptional assistance, helping customers find their correct size and style, including with bras and jeans. They patiently explain sales and work to find a good fit. Staff are knowledgeable, making customers feel very comfortable, and they go above and beyond, even helping with returns and sending items to a customer's home. The store has several sales. A complaint notes the store opens at 11:00, while others open earlier. Customers report a wonderful experience and definitely plan on returning.
Kudos to the black lady doing packages register and helping customers. We walked in young white girl on the counter on her phone back turned still on the phone didn't notice us. Then disappeared over 20 minute or more while we in the store. Never saw her again. U need staff without they phone.

Needed to find a last minute Christmas gift for my wife. Salesladies were both very friendly and helpful. Found my wife a really nice gift set that she really liked. Prices were decent. Will definitely shop there again...
