Hard to find an associate. They were out of key chains. Electronic locks were on display, but many of them weren't in stock.

HORRIBLE actually no customer service. On our way to check out, they announce they are closing. A worker comes to me and says you better hurry or they’ll shut down their registers. So rudely. So I ask my son to push the cart while I get up there to pay. The guy at the register said the same thing. I said he’s coming down the aisle right there! This is 2 minutes after 8. We get check out and then no one would help us load the plywood and large supplies. TERRIBLE. Next time Home Depot.

Broke the main waterline coming into my house on the 4th of July no less. Went to Lowe's in Foley, AL and found 3 employees that were trying their best to help me out. Sparky figured out exactly what I needed, Jessica was very helpful in finding everything. I did not get the name of the other man but he was super nice and helpful. Sparky explained to me step by step what I needed to do to fix the line and it worked!!!! Never did any kind of plumbing work before and this turned out great, thanks to these 3 people. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My wife purchased a kobalt 40v edger for fathers day. When I opened it I found that the item had already been used. It appears someone used it, returned it, and they put it back on the shelf in used condition and sold it again as new. I don't have a problem with a used item, however if you are going to sell it again, sell it at a discounted price as used. I would have taken it back up there, but I also do not feel like standing in a line for an hour for a few bucks. Just disappointed that they would do this.

We moved here from Cartersville, Ga. Needed a lawn mover bad. Went to get one, my card was old. Tried to get my new one activated. Didn't work. Set my wife up with a new one. These people took the time to help us. I will be shopping at Lowe's from now on. Thank you so much for taking time with us.

We purchased a brand new Samsung Fridge without anyone's help. We did it all at the store, on our phone. I'm giving it a 5 star rating because the app experience was better. We also set up delivery thru the app. We spent 20 minutes without anyone's offer of assistance.

I hate to be like this but me and my uncle went in Lowe's the other day and we need help look at flooring my uncle asked what he thought was a guy because of the short hair from behind ,excuse me sir, she turnd around and he apologized and called her mama you would have thought he slapped her she had a aditutde with him and said she would get with us later she's busy, and she avoided us after that we got someone else to help after waiting 15 minutes. It was a honest mistake. It wasn't personal. I love Lowe's I go in there constantly .but if your going to work in a place that majority of the people coming in there are men or blue collard workers don't wear your feelings on your sleave especially when they apologize over a honest mistake. But other than that I will always be a costumer at Lowes and majority of the employees there are wonderful people helpful hard working folks, that are willing to help, thank yall so much

Good store to get what you need. Just Employees need to be more knowledgeable about the area they're working in they also need to be friendlier and be willing to help people when they need help.
