My AGM battery that I bought two years ago failed on me, NAPA didn't have the same one in stock but could get it but I opted to go with a regular lead acid battery that fit my truck, I didn't have my receipt but they took my word on when I bought it and gave me credit on it. They also installed the new one while I waited and took just a few minutes to do it. Thanks NAPA.

Gotta say I used to be an O'Rileys Auto Part store kind of guy... till I found myself on a new town and was turned around before my turn to the expressway and found Napa Auto Parts... gotta tell you, they got me a membership with a 15% discount and now that is my place for my vintage chevy parts... need I say more?

I am writing this review for a friend that recently bought a brand new defective part and was denied a refund? I've read a few other reviews and noticed that he was not the only one to have this exact same experience.if you don't give refunds then you need to tell your customers up front and be honest about it.i certainly won't ever buy from them again and I am going to spread the word about this.i am a local veteran auto mechanic here in Foley and I am going to spread the word about napa.i always wondered how Napa stayed in business and now I know.

My favorite parts house. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm in there often for parts for trucks to heavy equipment. Great staff.
