I do not recommend One Cut Glass to repair a crack in your windshield. I was very disappointed in their service. They may know how to replace a windshield and cut glass but they do not know how to repaid a cracked windshield. The crack is still as noticeable as it was when I took it in. It still has a jagged hole in it which it should not have any or just a tiny place if the correct solution was used to repair the windshield. I called and spoke to Tammie and was told that they would stand behind their work and they have not. I emailed Tammie a photo of my windshield several times but she has not responded to my last two emails. This was a waste of my $60.00! I will have it repaired with a kit that can be bought at any automotive store. Had I known that the kits were available I would have never used One Cut Glass. I also did not like being talked down to because I was a female like I did not know what I was talking about when I called One Cut Glass. live in Birmingham but visit Gulf Shores occasionally so this is very inconvenient for me.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great experience! The lady in the office certainly knew her business. Had a glass shelf made for a wall unit. Perfect fit, easy, less than I thought on price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Referred by a friend who was also satisfied.

Sales person on phone was rude and unhelpful. Didn't have my glass. Had to "call warehouse" to see if they had it, never returned my call or gave me a quote. Basically wasted my time, completely unhelpful.

Replaced the cracked windshield in the 09 Mustang I just bought a few weeks ago. Cost me $265, cheapest around. Did an amazing job, and took care of my car. Was cool that the guys who did my windshield even got excited that "the Mustang" was there.

Very honest business. My windshield was replaced before this vacation(from another shop). One Cut Glass did not fix the chip that we got on the drive there because he noticed a problem from the installation. It was splitting and he said it would continue and fixing the chip wouldn't matter. Saved me the money instead of taking advantage.
