Took my Friend to this location as her car wouldn’t start and stay on. They were very helpful! Came out right away, spoke with her and gave her a plan. It went smooth and they were very nice

I needed my headlight replaced, I have a Chrysler 200 and I was having a problem finding someone to replace the headlight I had purchased. For it's not a easy job apparently! The Technicians were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Pep Boys for anything you may need fixed or replaced. They are very reasonable and persist in the job they are fixing!

While on vacation in Orange Beach, AL, I had a mechanical failure in my truck which required a new coil pack for 2 cylinders. I scheduled an appointment with one shop and they were understaffed and didn't have an idea of when they would get to me. They referred me to another shop about 15 miles away and they had me up and running in 3 days. Thanks Pep Boys, truck runs exceptional?!

Alex/ Alejandro and his team in Foley took such good care of my mother and I. We both were very pleased and the service we received and how they were able to do our vehicles quick. And made us feel like a priority. Definitely recommend this shop for all a/c and tire needs. Thank you ?

The ginger with the bird tattoo sleeve was fine and if you see this you should get my number from the system and ask me out (I had the red Tucson with the tire replacement). Service was good too.

Management was horrible! I had a 9am appointment! What I viewed during my 10 hour visit was outrageous! I saw an elderly man have to carry his own tire from his trunk to work zone to get repaired ! And yes you read that right, I was there 10 hours today ! I ordered tires for them to put on and I stayed til it was done ! The service guy that did my tires , I believe his name was Nicholas, he did a great job in this heat to get my tires put on ! He didn't get to start on them til 2pm ! The manager on the other hand , handled things so poorly ! Walk-ins got handled fairly quick as I watched people come and go ! Locals get more privilege, I don't know! I was an outcast and it showed very well! I will not return to that location !

Due to unforseen life circumstances i had to leave my car there for over 2 weeks before I could pick it up and they were extremely easy to work with. If you need car repair in Foley this is the only place that would get my business.
The managers here should be traveling the country teaching customer service classes.

I was able to get my car back with the work completed to my satisfaction. It’s a shame it took so long, but the team at Foley was very apologetic and I trust that my next visit will be quick and efficient.

Had tires installed at another Pep Boys in different state. Car vibrated badly at 50-60 mph. The Foley store found that the tires had not been balanced properly and fixed it.
