I had my car washed this morning and it was supposed to be a deluxe wash which it was not and then when I pulled out of the wash there were streaks of grease all up the passenger side window and all the way across my roof to my trunk. The dryer that completes the drying of your vehicle was completely matted on the far right end, I pulled back around to have my car washed again telling The Manager what the problem was so he ran my car through again this time The streaks were worse. I pulled up to the side of the building to let him know that that time it was worse and his comment to me was.” I’ve ran your car through twice i’m not running it through again because I’ve already wasted two rounds of chemicals on your car. I don’t know what to tell you.” I have been using this car wash for over a year now and I have never been spoke to so rudely. In the past they did whatever they could to make it right and after today’s visit, I may not be back.

Site manager is very rude! Need to go back to customer service school ASAP! He is running off your business. I am 70 years old and he talked to me like I was a piece of trash! I'm taking my business elsewhere. I've been a faithful customer since the car wash was built! This person is failing your business success!

Another carwash bites the dust. Worst wash I've every had. So little water it couldn't even remove dust from he hood. Half the machines don't even work. Just look around when your wasting money at this place. Typical car wash they stop investing in repairs and milk it dry lowering prices until closes for good.

Not happy with this location at all. As an Uber and Lyft driver I use the car wash several times a week and it's discouraging that the car wash is closed seems like more often than not. When it is open it's not all working like it's supposed to. So we're not getting what we pay for at all. The staff is not friendly at all and they seem to be pissed off they have to be there. The equipment is broken and they don't spray the front of the vehicle and they sometimes don't even wash the backside. The vacuums are all falling apart and weak, you can't even keep them together long enough to use them. We all should get a partial refund on our payment plans. I pay almost $40 a month for this crappy service and I'm about to go else where.
