Publix Super Market at Riviera Square is a popular shopping destination in Foley, AL, known for its clean store, friendly employees, and wide selection of high-quality products. Customers appreciate the variety of items, including high-quality meats, local produce, and sustainably sourced seafood. The store offers popular items like signature subs and bakery cakes, and customers often find the service quick and efficient, especially during busy times like the day before Thanksgiving, when shoppers can be in and out in about 35 minutes. The store is also appreciated for its organized produce section and the availability of smaller shopping carts, making shopping more convenient. Staff members are generally eager to help and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, opinions about the pharmacy are less favorable, with many describing rude treatment and long wait times, especially for controlled substances. Despite some occasional shortages of sale items or popular products, the store maintains a positive reputation among shoppers. Personal acts of kindness from employees, like one cashier’s generosity during a tough moment, highlight the caring environment. Overall, Publix at Riviera Square is considered a wonderful place to shop, offering award-winning service and a pleasant shopping experience for the community.
