Wouldn't it be nice if Quest paid a frickin human being to answer a phone. All we do is talk with robots and recordings anymore, if I had some other company my insurance would pay for, I'd never go to quest.

Horrible customer service. I was stuck in an accident traffic when driving over for a scheduled apt. I attempted to call and contact the lab and update them. There was no option to do so when calling so when I arrived and checked in my apt was gone and they made me reschedule or wait in line. I live an hour away and there is no lab option in the the town I work in. Very limited ability to talk to a human being for real world issues and solutions. Do better Quest Diagnostics

My experience was absolutely perfect. Cathy took my blood and she was awesome, painless precision. Appointment at 7:40, checked in for 7:30, in my car at 7:42. Can't get any better.

Kathy was beyond friendly and polite! Extremely efficient and the BEST blood draw I’ve ever had!!! Highly recommend this place!

Very very poor customer service. They are rude and impatient with children. There is one lab tech who we've used for my daughter who was excellent here but I haven't seen her in a long time. Otherwise they are very unhelpful.

If you want an AI experience without have any interaction with a human being, then this kiosk run lab service is for you.The standby person got in first when my friend made his appointment first.What a joke.I work in a healthcare facility so this was almost comical to me aside from the urgency with this delay creating conflict with other appointments.

I went in for scheduled blood labs and was called back about 5 minutes after waiting. I absolutely loved the woman that was my nurse. I wish I could remember her name so I could mention it, but both ladies that were working 6/30/23 were absolutely lovely.

I made an appointment and waited probably less than 5 minutes. The lady who took my blood was nice and was probably out of there in less than 15 minutes

I had an appointment on 2/21 but they closed for fat Tuesday. So I went today still a little ticked. My lab tech was Cathy and soon I was smiling she was wonderful !
