From out of town (Columbus, Ohio - but Roll Tide!) - visiting family for Christmas - we heard a weird whining noise coming from our new Tahoe engine after arrival. Called to get an appoint but was told they were booked until Jan 2. Drove up to see if a technician would 'just listen' to the noise to confirm or deny a problem and put our mind at ease? By chance was introduced to Darrin (General Mgr) who brought out Ryan (Shop Foreman) who immediately named the issue within one second! Then Ryan spent 30+ mins calling around for OEM or after market part - which he found in Pensacola!! Went from no chance at appointment before we made the return trip, to 'wing & a prayer' drive by, to RED CARPET service from the most service oriented professionals/ gentleman in the industry! We can't thank Darrin, Ryan, & Will Vasquez (Scheduler) for their grace, service, and professionalism! We are so appreciative! Jackson Family Christmas 2023

UPDATE !!!:After my comment here, the dealer informed me that im no longer "welcome" to any Sandy Sansing Chevrolet locations for any kind of service.They also told me to take my vehicle to Pensacola or Daphne location like how i stated in my comment.Sandy Sansing Chevrolet (Foley, AL) dealer literally retaliated and opened a war to its customer over a negative review.I hope this experience i had explains what kind of service you will have IF you choose this location.I got an appointment 1 week in advance for my tire pressure sensors to be replaced and when i dropped my truck they called me and said that the truck is ready BCS they do NOT have the tire pressure sensors in stock so it will be sometime after 14 days.!Are you kidding me.?!!!!? I literally created my appointment for the bloody TPS replacement and you guys didnt even bother to check your stock in advance.?Btw NO.! The truck is NOT READY Ms.Cynthia Valbracht .!!HORRIBLE place and uneducated workers.!Stay away and go to Pensacola or Daphne.

I bought my 2019 Silverado from this place when it was Southern Chevrolet. It was a pleasent experience, and I had all my maintenance needs done there for 4 years. BUT, now that they have been bought out by Sandy Sansing, the service is terrible! I took the truck in a few months ago to have the tires rotated and aligned. When I picked it up, I noticed they didnt rotate the tires, and that it was still pulling to the right like it had been before the alighment. I also noticed that it was steering a little squirrely. When I did a visual inspection I observed the upper control arm didnt have a nut on one of the bolts that secure it to the frame. Although I know they dont loosen that particular nut to do an alignment, I also know you cant align a tire with the entire upper control arm rattling all over the place. Very dangerous situation. When I took it back in, the service tech was abrupt and taciturn. I didnt hear from them for three days so I called and was told the truck was ready, and the front end had been tightened up. I checked it closely this time and observed that they had rotated the tires but had not done anything to correct the upper control arm. When I pointed it out to the service tech, she gave me some song and dance about having to special order the nut that goes on the bolt to secure the swing arm, and that she couldnt find one. She offered no explanation as to why they tried to get me to drive off with the front end in such a dangerous state. She also told me that although I had purchased a special package that allows me to have an oil change and tire rotation twice a year free, I would have to pay for the rotation because I didnt get the free oil change done simultaneously, lol! I told her just to do my free oil change so the rotation would be free and that I would come back for it. She then told me that an additional after market warranty I bought from the dealership for $2,800.00 (when I bought the truck) wouldnt cover fixing the upper control arm because it didnt cover replacing or tightening nuts, lol! I told her just to give me the keys and left. I went one block away to a suspension place. They had the "special order" nut she said was on back order everywhere, and fixed the upper control arm in 10 minutes, for 20 bucks. Do yourself a favor and have another Chevy dealership service your vehicle.

Our truck had a problem with the DEF system. We took it in to be repaired. Their techs as well as top techs from GM worked on it for 3 weeks \\u0026 could not get it out of reduced power. They were very professional and kept us informed as to what was happening with our truck as they tried to solve the problem. We ended up trading in our truck on a newer model because the problem could not be resolved. They gave us excellent value for our trade in \\u0026 had it ready quickly.

BEWARE: STAY AWAY from this dealer for Auto Service. We took our car in for standard 10 Qt Oil Change and Tire rotation. They charged $189 + $35 Shop Supplies ($224 + Tax). The Labor portion for the oil change was $87.Are you kidding me? The same service at this dealer last time was $107 (Labor Included) +$25 Shop Supplies. So how did it go up $92 from the last change? After Haggling with the service advisor, he gave 10% off and removed the Shop Supplies charge, so the total Bill was still $181. NOT friendly and NOT accommodating, they have lost a lifetime customer for SURE.

Took 3 different calls to get someone to answer in Service Department. After getting through it was going to be 2 weeks before a oil change could be scheduled. Have been a Customer for 3 years having both of our vehicles serviced. Previously it was a couple of days to schedule appointments. They have lost my business.

I asked for a transmission service. After removing the pan and fluids, they didn't have the filter and promised to get it first thin in the morning. The next day they told me to come in at closing time. New owners to me mean pour service. My last service writer quit. Wish I knew where he went. I'll have to go to Pensacola or Baton Rouge for vehicles and service.

This has been the best car dealership I've been to yet.All of the staff is extremely courteous and has great customer service skills. Today I utilized the service area at Chevy and was recommended to Chuck by a great friend. I was blown away at how knowledgeable he was on my car and how quick and fast I was in and out of the facility. Now keep in mind my car is covered by warranty and a Cadillac ATS so not a Chevy I had been having transmission issues and my center console wasn't working which was affecting my entertainment system & air conditioning (99 degrees by 95% humidity). Chuck had me in and out with a transmission flush and a fixed center screen with a oil filter & oil change in 3 1/2 hours. The entire establishment is tremendously clean and well taken care of and especially for the area of which the cars are repaired.Thanks Chuck for making a stressful event relatively simple and quick! I highly recommend if you're having issues with your car to give Chuck a call and see how he can make your vehicle run like new again!

I recently moved to Summerdale from Mobile and needed an oil change fluids topped off and tires rotated, I went in on Friday March 4th 2022 because I was headed out of town that day and needed my Silverado serviced, all was good until I pulled into my driveway and noticed a loud tapping noise coming from my engine so I immediately drove back to the dealership, the service writer told the service mgr Chuck that the truck came in with no issues and ran fine, Chuck seemed concerned and said the oil pump guns sometimes don't put in proper amount of oil so he proceeded to check my oil and I asked him if oil was showing on the oil check stick and he ignored me and shut the hood and walked off, but also noticed they didn't check or add to my brake fluid and the washer fluid cap was left open and tires were not rotated and they charged me $112.00 for this service, Chuck took me into his private office where he had ran a Carfax on my truck looking for ways to cover up them being at fault, I had no way home and no family nearby and they denied me a ride home as my truck was no longer drivable, so I then had the vehicle towed to Terry Thompson Chevrolet in Daphne and was diagnosed with lobe wiped on cam shaft and lifters ,they give me a price of $5,300 to repair it so I took it to a mechanic In Mississippi that done it for $1,700 , I then contacted Mark Morgan the owner at Southern Chevrolet and after a few days of him talking to his service manager and service tech he denied it being anything they could have done, but keep I'm mind my truck has all service records back from when it was new and I'm the second owner and it ran great before I took it in for service at this dealership, I would advise you to stay away and not use them it cost me over $2,000 with repairs ,towing, and them charging to mess up my truck , I will never recommend this dealership to any one and I will not be backServices: Auto maintenance
