Salesman Hopkins was excellent, to the point, and got me the best deal I was looking for. Highly knowledgeable on German cars (Mercedes) and knew what I was looking for. Ask for John Hopkins when you go there to their Chevrolet Dealership!

They did excellent work replacing a few exterior parts on my vehicle. The service team is extremely nice and they had my truck out of the shop in no time. I highly recommend this dealership and will always buy my vehicles there as I have done for 26 years.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Southern Chevrolet over the past 18 years with satisfaction. However, it seems something has changed with Sandy Sansing Chevrolet management of this dealership. Even using the same sales staff as in the past, my recent experience in the purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Suburban was not up to the previous standard. Buyer beware if considering this dealership. Carefully review all paperwork (we were given IPads at signing) to make sure that you receive proper equity for your trade.

I had an 8:00 appointment for an oil change on my 21 Silverado I'll arrived 10 minutes early and left 20 minutes after 9:00. I think it's ridiculous when you have an appointment for a certain time to have to wait for an hour and a half for a 15 minute job

I will never take my vehicle back to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet of Foley. This is the second time I have had issues with their service department. I made an appointment to have an issue with my transmission checked out that was two weeks out when making the request. Dropped my truck off on a Friday morning, got a text asking if they could keep it until Monday. They also asked me to approve an additional diagnostic hour. I gave them specific instructions on how to get my truck to act up. I asked them if there were any updates on that Monday and was told they didn't have a chance to check it. I asked for an update on Tuesday and was told they got my vehicle to act up and are trying to figure out how to fix it. Wednesday morning they informed me that it needed a part that had to be ordered and would take two days to come in. I was told my truck should be ready by Friday. I was also advised to leave my truck there as opposed to brining it back in when the part arrived. I checked with them Friday afternoon and was told the technician could install the part, but that he wouldn't have time to test drive it afterwards. I asked if I could pick it up Saturday morning and was told the technician would not be there on Saturday. I told them not to worry about it, and that I would come pick it up and take it elsewhere. I arrived to pick my truck up at 2:30 PM on Saturday and was told the service department closed at 2 PM on Saturdays, even though their website said 5PM and the sign at the entrance to the service department said 4PM. After all of this they still charged me 2 diagnostic hours, "shop supplies" , and forced me to pay for the part they ordered, even though they did nothing to fix my truck.
